I drive a newer Subaru and purchased the warranty on my windshield at the time of purchase. I took a rock a few weeks ago, and submitted a claim with my warranty company. I was told that I would have a hard time finding a company willing to work with a warranty company. I called John at Prism and I was shocked at the level of customer service I received. He called the warranty company a couple of times and worked everything out with them. He found a windshield within the day and had my windshield replaced and calibrated within 48 hours. He came to my home to change it out, and assured me that if there were any problems with the windshield functions, that he would personally take my car to one of his partners to be adjusted. The replacement took an hour and everything is working as it should. He called after he was done to double check that everything was functioning properly, and also provided me with a warranty on his work. I will call John in the future for all of my auto glass needs. First off, I LOVE their website. I was able to enter my daughter's car info and get an instant estimate for replacement. When it was all said and done, it was actually cheaper than the estimate! We have used Prism for a windshield replacement and door panel. They offer mobile services so they went to our house for the windshield and to her place of business to replace the door panel.
