The near monopoly Safel___ told me one price when I did online quote. Every day they'd send me an email 10% off, then 20% off. So finally went to make appointment but in final bill was a $14.95 "disposal" fee. I complained in chat about it, that they should have put that up front, but they just made lame excuses. On principle, I didn't want to use them. So I called Real Auto. Asked for a quote. It was $70 cheaper (than Safe__'s price AFTER the 20% off). Brought it in, they were nice and professional and did a great job. I recently moved out here from Colorado, one of the parting gifts that Colorado left was a huge crack in my windshield from a hail storm that unleashed softball sized hail. After not one but two different trips to the RMV, was able to get the plates, and next step is getting it inspected, which given how difficult it was to get plates was a significant source of worry for me, especially given the situation with my window and I also had post market tinted windows that I was concerned would not pass. Luckily I found Real Auto Glass Not only were they able to fix my windshield, but they went above and beyond and also helped to take care of the inspection as well, and the relief I felt being able to get that all taken care of was like a thousand pound weight off my chest. It seems so simple, but so often out here people are just content to do the bare minimum, and these guys so the worry on my face and took care of it with such kindness and awesomeness, it's an act of customer service that I am not going to forget. These guys are my glass guys now, and if you want good, fast, friendly, and awesome service, they should be yours too.

Real Auto Glass helped us out when we had a rusty surprise with a windshield replacement on our Rav 4. They squeezed us in even though they were booked up, worked with our insurance to make sure as much was covered as possible, and charged us very reasonably for the rest. They even transferred our parking permit sticker to the new windshield. Selena, who answered my many phone calls, was particularly helpful. And they stayed open late for family members to pick up our car when it had to be picked up while we were out of town. Overall, amazing experience, we will be using them for any future glass replacement!

Real Auto Glass came to my rescue this week when my car window was smashed by a thief. I called Real Auto Glass, and they went to work right away to find the right glass for my Mercedes, and scheduled same day service. The woman who answered the call, was so kind and professional. When I arrived, they took the car right away, and had the glass cleaned up, window replaced and my car back in service in one hour. It was a great experience, and the price was very reasonable. I found the entire experience to be great, and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of service.
