As a local Farmers Insurance Agent, it is important that my customers receive top notch service from a local company. I have been referring customers to Rich's Auto Glass for the past 8 years. They have always been prompt and attentive to the needs of my customers and any time that there is an issue, they promptly remedy the situation. They're better than the national chain competitors. No 800 numbers here!

When my Jeep was broken into back in 2015, the thieves bashed my driver side window. Upon doing some research I decided to go with Rich's Auto Glass. The level of service and quality of work was second to none. They had their service technician, Issac I believe it was, out the next day. Issac was extremely efficient and had the new window in very quickly. He even vacuumed up the remaining pieces of glass I had failed to pick up. I highly recommend them for any of your auto glass needs. I have referred friends who are equally as satisfied with their work. Friendly staff, quality work and affordable at that! Highly recommend.

after having both front side windows replaced the driver side was leaking air through after 35 mph. i took it back multiple times to find they had put painters tape and foam in my mirrors compartment to fix the issue. well it didn't. they rescheduled me up until my 30 day warranty and the issue was never resolved. they even gave me the "we don't know what to tell you" better off calling safelite

The good first. The office staff was very helpful with working with my insurance company for a replacement windshield and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. And that’s it for the good. Now the reasons you should consider not using this place for a windshield replacement. I had Rich’s replace my windshield with another OEM windshield and it seemed to have been installed properly. We hadn’t seen any real rain since the install and I hand wash my car in the evenings before heading in for the night. Last week it rained hard for the first time since last spring and I saw a leak on the inside of the windshield. I removed the A-pillar cover and saw drops of water running down the sealant/glue from the roof towards the hood. I placed a rag on the dash to catch the water before it got to the floorboards (and electrical wiring behind the kick panels). Within an hour, the rag was soaked. I kept changing the rags out until the rain stopped. I called the Shop and they got me right in to take a look at the leak. I was told they found a “pin hole” in the adhesive and they had fixed it. It rained again hard a couple days later and it was leaking water worse than before the “repair.” Mistakes happen, I get that, and you can tell the quality of a shop by how they address their mistakes. I gave Rich’s a shot at doing just that, and they failed miserably. I just hope there isn’t any airbag or electrical damage caused by the water. I took it to another glass shop in town and they discovered there was zero adhesive along 3/4 of the top edge of the windshield and it didn’t appear any primer was used because the glue that was around the rest of the glass peeled off without any resistance. They were actually surprised it hadn’t leaked worse than it did, which was still very bad. That’s my experience, do what you wish with it.

I have to describe the most horrible situation that one could face when they go to a company for service. My parents had they Motor Home window shot out and was referred to Rich's Auto Glass to have their assistance. A man come to measure the window, when they wrapped the whole the did not complete the wrap well and caused the broken glass to fall all over the road and driveway eliminating the ability for my parents to take there motor home out on the road. A few days went by and they came back, to much surprise, the glass did not fit. Before he left the company told him it should work if he added sealant and it should work. Yea okay, with a gap the size of a ruler. Instead of apologizing and working to get the issue resolved they placed blame on everyone around. Each time the company came out they told my mom she was costing the company money. Guess what this started before labor day, and it is October 8th and the situation is NOT resolved. I do not know if they are taking advantage of the fact that my parents are older people, but it is wrong. They should be refunded and have the situation resolved NOW. If it is not complete by the middle of next week the BBB will here from me. Sorry for those of you that have had a great experience, but this is unreal.

Fast, affordable, clean work I didn't even have to vacuum any crumbs from my shattered window. I tried calling Safelite and of course they couldn't do anything within the same day but these guys did they said they would be there between 1:00 and 5:00 and they were there before 2:00. God forbid my window ever gets broken again I will use these guys every time. Will definitely recommend. Here is the before and after.
