Devin came to my place of business to replace my windshield. He did a great job. Very informative. Answered every question I asked him very promptly and professionally. He called before he arrived and before he left explained the after care service in detail. He went as far as to give me his company phone number again if I was to have any questions after he left. He made sure to clean up after himself and to thank me for using rite way auto glass. He was an all around caring person and it showed in his work. If I ever need to use this service again I will definitely call rite way. I give them 5 plus stars.

Tara was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the correct piece of glass was ordered for my car. She stayed in touch and gave me constant updates and even offered to have my vehicle stored indoors as this was a sunroof panel replacement. Justin, the technician let me know when he was heading out to me and gave me updates on a time frame. Once here he answered any question I had and made prompt work getting this panel installed, even cleaned my glass roof and windshield when he finished the install. The customer service here is top tier and what every business should strive for. Thanks again rite-way for taking care of of me!

My windshield experienced some rock damage Allstate was fast to respond to the claim and said I could use any company I choose for replacement. I choose Rite-Way Auto Glass, the CSR was prompt and pleasant to deal with. She setup the details with insurance company quick & efficient. Brett, the technician, arrived in the time frame he had communicated. He explained everything to me and went right to work. He was done quicker than I expected. I highly recommend using Riteway for your auto glass needs.

Unfortunately when I received the car back, I noticed a loose washer fluid hose when running wipers. Then I noticed fluid wasn’t coming out. When I got home I checked and the clip holding the hose on wiper arm was broken. Makes sense given the hose was flopping on the windshield on my drive home. Then I pulled up the trim and noticed it was broken too! After reconnecting the washer fluid hoses, I put everything back together and checked it more closely worried that they rushed and made a mistake. Glass replacement was great, but the “putting it back together” piece was missed. Makes me worry if they took their time or rushed given what I saw. Now I’m out finding a clip or wiper arm assembly since clips are available online. I’m also out the entire plastic trim at the base (in frunk of the Tesla) since they broke that too. Can’t imagine how much that is. Very disappointed given the high regard so heard about this place. Update: Rite away did everything they could to make things right and did so at my convenience by offering to come to my employment and repair the car on site at no cost. I appreciate them making things right without any hurdles. Will use them again!

I highly recommend Rite-Way! Had my windshield replaced by a competitor several months ago which went terribly. Right-Way took my insurance info and set a date to get it done. They called ahead like promised and showed up on time. The technicians were both very professional and explained everything clearly. They replaced a windshield on my Subaru Outback and had it calibrated in the field in about one hour. I will definitely be calling Rite-Way again if I should need a windshield replaced. Great service and communication.

Needed a windshield replacement. Tim and Chris here took fantastic care of me, got me in and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new OEM windshield and recalibrated cameras. Awesome technology in this business. The highlight of the experience was when they invited me in to watch the work being done and explained each step to me. I always love to learn new things and enjoyed my time watching this process with my vehicle. These guys take pride in their work and I respect them a lot for it. Highest recommendation and I will absolutely repeat my business here for any glass needs.
