Awesome business, best price in town and got me in within a day when a tree branch took out my back window and windshield. They were able to replace both in 2 hours just as advised and did a wonderful professional job. Nearly $200 cheaper than Safelite and no BS. Highly recommended

Very nice people! I called a different place 1st, they couldn't get the job done until August 9th. I couldn't wait 6 days with my car window being smashed and completely open. My first phone call to Rochester auto glass the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she said they could get it done in an hour and 15 minutes. I set an appointment for 11:00am (in 1 hour) that was awesome enough but I got a little delayed and had to call and let them know I was running a little late, the receptionist said, "No problem take your time." Then when I got there they took my car in immediately and were finished with it in 30 minutes. I was shocked, the whole process was so easy they made a rough start to my day so much easier and stress free. These technicians at Rochester auto glass are under appreciated and not given enough credit. Rochester Auto Glass & Mirror are my heros, I will NOT go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know who needs glass.

Do not go to this place !! Everything that is cheap is cheap for a reason . I went to get my windshield replaced and they totally botched it . After I get it replaced I’m driving down the road and the plastic that goes along the side of the window is flapping in the wind . I look to see why and I see all 5 screws are broken off in the holes . So they must have just ripped the dam thing off then set it there . I called and the lady said they usually glue them back on , to come in and they’ll fix it . Well I taped it down but it flew away anyway . Then I look in my car and theres glass everywhere. My windshield wasn’t even shattered so don’t ask me how they managed that . Adding to this my mom just got pulled over in my car these ppl switched inspection stickers on me . My moms now getting a misdemeanor charge because of them .ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Seemed like a decent place and a fair price. Noticed when I got home. Pretty sure they scratched my car. Can't be 100% sure but I've never noticed a scratch there. There's also a large gap at the top of the windshield on the passengers side that I don't remember before and that's not there on the drivers side. Was recommended this place by a family member. Don't think I would use them again.
