These guys are the real deal! I had a rear window emergency and called late on a Sunday. Justin let me know they didn’t have my car model in stock but said they could order it and come to me the next day. Amazing! Alex was my technician and let me tell you, you will be lucky if he is the one assigned to come replace your auto glas. He was efficient, professional and even kindly cleaned up some glass I couldn’t get to previously. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rockstar Autoglass again for any auto glass needs. This is the best auto glass service I’ve ever experienced. I’d give ten stars if I could!

They came out within the same day, arrived when they said they would, did a great job, in no time. Plus, even though they were a mobile unit, they charged me even less than the price another company quoted me for bringing my car into a repair shop. He even noticed that the window had been repaired before. A fact that I was insisted it wasn’t until I remembered an accident with that area years ago. These guys are top notch. Had my car broken into on a Saturday afternoon. Not only was Rockstar Autoglass the only shop open on Sunday, they were able to schedule my repair the the next day. My insurance made me get 2 competing quotes and after calling around, Rockstar was the only place with the parts in hand, everywhere else (including Safelite) was days to weeks out. Courtney was super friendly and answered all my questions and the installation was finished in under 30 mins. Hope to never be a repeat customer, but would definitely recommend

I was referred to Rockstar Autoglass by Binford Auto Wrecking when I was not able to remove the glass myself from the wrecking yard for replacement. I called Rockstar Autoglass on a Saturday morning, they provided a quote via text in 5 minutes. The quarter panel replacement was finished same day at my home. Technician Alex is professional, efficient and exceeded my expectation. The replacement is Mazda auto glass, tinted and my car now looks brand new. Everything looks perfect, and the price was much better than local competitors quotes. I will be using Rockstar Autoglass again!

Awesome company. Late one Friday I joined the cohort of Seattleites who've been the victim of a smash and grab at Golden Gardens. Got home and sent an estimate request(at about midnight) for the repair. Rockstar contacted me the following morning(Saturday about 10 AM) and asked if I had time that afternoon for the repair...yes please! How awesome is that? Window broken Friday night, fixed Saturday afternoon! Work was completed quickly and looks perfect. Price was very fair. Only one, minor suggestion for the really nitpicky people: perhaps Rockstar could ask if customers have a brand preference on replacement glass. For example, my Toyota uses Pilkington all around while the replacement was from Fuyao. Don't get me wrong, the replacement looks and works just like the OEM. But, in a perfect world it would have been nice to have all four windows brand-match. Again, no complaints, just a minor suggestion. Overall, an easy 5-star

Our car was broken into late in the night and everyone was closed, except Rockstar Auto Glass. Doubtful of a 24 hour service, we made the call and The woman who answered was a breath of fresh air. She had us on the schedule to have the new window installed within a couple hours. The installer was waiting for her when she pulled into work, and did an fantastic job. He vacuumed all the glass up and was just all around amazing. They even matched the tint so it looks factory. The price was super reasonable, and Realistically it couldn't have been a better experience, especially considering the situation. THANK YOU ROCK STAR AUTO GLASS!
