Okay so how do you tell someone how amazing they are and hope they stay humble! Well here goes! Ron from Ron’s Auto Glass was a miracle worker and with his amazing ability to schedule in emergencies, he was able to take care of my new step daughters car within 4 hours and the job he did was astounding! He dealt with my insurance company and handled all the details! He cleaned up after himself and even helped oil oil hinges on the doors and hood! A+ Thank you!! I know why people love to refer you!

Ron came to our home to put a windshield in our 1956 oldsmobile. Did he do the job we hired him for? yes. was a pleasant experience? Absolutely not. He came without the proper tools to take our wipers off. He was rude the entire time he was at our home. He told my husband to help him multiple times. He was trying to cut corners at every opportunity. He does not guarantee his work, for $2500 I find that a bit concerning. We found that out at the time of install. I feel for that amount of money my husband should not have had to help in an way. He seems like he's sick of this line of work. I would not recommend him for anything. We are extremely nervous that the window will leak. Fingers crossed it won't.

Ron has replaced 3 windshields for me over the last ten years. The first two were simple cracks from flying rocks. So when a turkey crossed my path on I-35E at 70 mph, Ron was my first call. Ron shuffled his schedule around to accommodate me that day as my truck was not drive-able. Ron uses the highest quality materials, very meticulous preparation, and thoroughly cleans the windshield when done. As always, never any leaks, and never any squeaks driving down the road. I can't say that about windshields I've had replaced before I met Ron's Auto Glass. I will continue to use Ron and refer friends whenever I can

I hired Ron to remove and reinstall a windshield on an old school car I was restoring. He came out and removed the old windshield but I wasn’t ready for him to install the new one. He said I could just call him back after I painted the car and he would come back out and install the new glass. I paid him at the time he removed the old glass. A few weeks later when I was ready to install the new glass, I called Ron and we scheduled a time. After he installed the new glass, he said my total was $225. This was not was told to me when I paid him to remove the old glass. Ron told me the amount I paid when he removed the old glass was for removal and installation and all I had to do was call him when I was ready. Ron went back on his word and charged me to install the new glass. Keep in mind, I already had the glass so his service was solely for removal and install. It’s bad business when you don’t honor your word. On top of this, the glue he used to install a quarter piece of glass failed and leaked. DO NOT USE RON!

Ron was awesome! He literally came out less than 24 hours after the call and was done by the afternoon. He was very personable and he was nice to the kids, suggesting I take the photo that I have posted here. He let the kids watch him work. He was also willing to work with me when other companies would not, due to rust on the vehicle. He showed me what he was doing and explained why the previous windshield job was poorly done. He worked fast and the windshield looked great when he was done! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work done by a good guy. There was a small issue as the roof leaked during the first rain following the fix but, again, the seal was rusty and Ron warned us it might not be perfect. There was also a small issue as to Ron's availability to come out and fix the leak but eventually we decided it wasn't worth the time and effort. Overall we were entirely pleased with the service we received. .
