Rons Auto Glass and More

Was referred to Ron's by an acquaintance of mine that works for a local dealership. I had no idea Ron's even existed back there, but I'm glad I found them because, first of all, modern windshields (like mine, with the rain-sense wiper sensor, condensation sensor, lane departure camera lens) with modern tech located behind the rear view mirror have astronomical prices on windshield replacement. I had quotes from a couple of the larger glass repair shops locally, none of which were less than $700. I literally saved almost $300 with Ron's, and guess what- He gets the glass from the same local wholesaler as everyone else, as far as I understood. He made the call to get it to his shop the next day. Small-town service right in town! Be prepared to pay more if you decide to use a credit or debit card, he's a smart small business owner and doesn't deal with credit processing fees. Plan to pay with cash or check to make it easier! All sensors and our remote start receiver were properly re-installed. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last year. Every single person I came in to contact with was fabulous. All very genuine and kind. Ron himself helped me the second time and he was very friendly. I would recommend Ron’s Auto Glass to my family and friends for sure. The lobby could use a little TLC as it is pretty dirty, however it’s an auto repair shop sooo. Overall 5 stars through and through!

Working with these guy are great. My experience started off with a super easy quote over the phone, and an appointment set for the following day. Upon arrival the crew pointed out a small defect on the replacement windshield. (Something I would not have caught on my own.) They worked with me on the price and 2 hours later it was finished. I ended up with a really long crack in my windshield and I was pretty bummed about it, but weather and glass stress happens. It wasn’t an emergency and I didn’t really feel it necessary to take off work to get it fixed. I remembered how Ron’s glass treated me when I picked up a windshield for a friend who said Ron’s was the only place he found that could get a windshield for his 90 something integra. They helped load the glass into my car and I remembered how kind they were. When I needed to replace my windshield, the experience I had picking up my buddy’s windshield was positive, so I called Ron’s to make an appointment about a week out to get my glass replaced. Super upfront about the cost and got me scheduled for the time that worked for me. Appointment day came, I got my car dropped off, and Mercury was who I talked to at the shop. Again, nothing but kindness. He even asked if I had a ride because I dropped my car off right before their lunch break, with my appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Anyways, I carry on, come back a couple hours later and Mercury said it would be safe to drive in a few minutes. I wasn’t in a rush at all, but my timing was pretty great. A month later, my glass hasn’t leaked so I’m satisfied. I was so satisfied with my experience there I told my friends they to go anywhere else would be disappointing. I thanked my buddy for making me go there to pick up his windshield a year ago because I wouldn’t have thought to go there otherwise. The whole process of getting my windshield replace with Ron’s was flawless and I would definitely go there again if my glass needs to be fixed.

Coming from Des Moines IA, i was traveling to eastern Montana for work. I had the cruise control on at 7* something mph. I totally smoked what would have been a trophy pheasant for any hunter, in the driver view on my windshield . It hit so hard tiny shards of glass sprayed my face and driver side of inside the cab. Ok, so anyway I had an hour drive to Fargo and then I called safe lite auto and got a recording due to Covid-19 you have to book online. Because we all know talking on the phone will make it spread. (More than likely they don't support working from home for the booking process). Anyway after 10 minutes of trying to book a new replacement glass finally got to the end where you pay and the schedule they choose for you. The schedule was out 2 weeks . Hahaha. That is ridiculous, I'm on my way to Montana, I don't live here. Long story short, this is the place to go for new glass, they got me in first thing in the morning, I called and the guy says bring it over and that was it. 20 minutes later I had a new windshield. Very professional and super knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Great people, fast service, extremely helpful, professional and friendly! We lost the back glass of our vehicle and needed it fixed fast as we were away from home. They got us in fast and did the work quickly. The owner asked if we had anywhere to go or wanted to, then gave us a loaner vehicle which ended up being his personal car! They were done in less than an hour and made it a great experience. Highly recommend Ron and his crew for your glass repairs!
