I regret ever leaving a positive review. The windshield replacement was done carelessly—the tech broke clips and left the pillar trim on both sides loose. When I called to have it fixed, a second technician confirmed the poor installation. That was over 16 days ago, and I still have no resolution, no communication, and no accountability. To make things worse, I called again today and was on hold for 45 minutes. The operator told me she couldn’t do anything. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, I was left waiting a few minutes and then hung up on. This company clearly doesn’t stand behind their work, and the customer service is just as bad as the installation. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Shelby, the technician who replaced my windshield, was outstanding—he clearly explained the process up front, provided regular updates throughout the two-hour job, and completed a thorough final review to ensure I was fully satisfied. With all the advanced technology now integrated under the windshield, it was reassuring to see how carefully they recalibrated the safety systems before wrapping up the job. Excellent service from start to finish.

I had questions about my windshield installation after the work was done. Tried calling the shop that service was performed, but the phone number is not listed. When I was able to find the number, it was the corporate office. Could not be routed to a human, I chose warranty info the auto answer did not give me the location where service was performed, tried to respond to location questions kept routing me to West Palm 45 miles away. And there was no way out of this loop, I ended the call and drove to the service shop 3 miles away tom get my answer. They, just waisted 1 hour of my time, service people did a great job, but their automation needs quite a bit of improvement.

My time was wasted. I traveled from Gardens to Port St Lucie due to scheduling and my work requirements. After the service my windshield was identified as not funtio8ng in line with my safety features. After 1 hour of driving, 3 hours of service and 1 hour of return, I am told that I need to return because the windshield is not the correct to calibrate with my camera safety features. No communication and huge waste of my time.

I needed a front windshield for my 2025 KIA Seltos 4X because a small rock hit the window and I had a small crack on the passenger side. Safelight in Port Saint Lucie replaced the window within 2 hours. The personnel were very friendly and supportive. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Mr Casey Cherry, the Lead Master Tech replaced the window and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this location and personnel to have a windshield replaced.
