I recently bought a 2025 BMW X5M that literally just had the windshield tinted 4 days ago. While on the way to a funeral down in south ga, I had a rock hit my brand new windshield. I was driving from a north Ga and was about 4 hrs from home and had another 1.5 hr drive to go to make it to my destination. Steven at this location went completely above and beyond to make sure I made my best friends moms funeral. I was in and out within 20 mins. He was able to seal it so it wouldn’t splinter more and become a safety concern. He was extremely professional and caring. The kindness he exhibited did Not go unnoticed. Although, I will end up needed a new windshield, he made sure I was safe in my car during the long drive. He was one of the kindest people I’ve met in a very long time. I cannot thank him enough. God Bless this man. Highly recommend this location. Although I was so mad my new car had a busted windshield, he did everything in his power to help me. Kindness means more than anything

Windshield looks great. However, during the replacement the technician chipped my paint in 4 places. This was not reported to me and I had to find the damage myself. I checked my vehicle before I drove away because I saw the technician repeatedly wipe and area on the fender with a cloth and cleaner, stand back and look, and wipe again. I feel it was known the damage was done, at least by the technician. The guy at the counter acknowledged that the damage was there in the before pictures taken during the appointment. I was told a "special department" would reach out to get this resolved for me and I have heard from no one since. Eventually, these paint chips, while not large, are going to start to rust and cause me a lot of problems on my (almost) brand new vehicle. Either way damage was done and acknowledged, but has not been repaired. Pretty upsetting.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Very disappointed. I had an appointment at my home and the technician made it impossible for me to get the service I paid for at my home. I had to drive my vehicle to the last cal Safelite location or cancel the appointment completely. I also paid more to get services at my home. Just disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I didn't want to give this any stars, but they wouldn't allow me to submit my post unless I gave them a star.

I got a quote online for the back window power slider heated window for 596.37 to get done on Saturday. I missed work to go drop it off. They called me that Saturday saying the glass wasn't there yet, it should be here Monday. I get no call on Monday, then on Tuesday I get a call saying they quoted me wrong now it's gonna be 1,016.37. I said that's not cool yall cancel my appointment then come back and say the price is 400 dollars more than the quote I got after they had already contacted me once. That's just not good business to me.

Safelite has always been consistently good and with their online ordering tool, they have made scheduling a window replacement so easy! Completion of the transaction online was a breeze, including rescheduling and changing my appointment location. The technician who came to our home, Roddy, was a pleasure to talk with and did a fantastic job replacing the windshield. It was no easy task on our old 2006 CRV, but he handled it with precision.

I was notified in advance to ensure my scheduled time was convenient. Their associate arrived on time, was very friendly, and demonstrated great knowledge. He provided an estimated time for the completion of the service and kept me informed throughout. After finishing, he thoroughly cleaned up and explained in detail what I needed to do once the service was complete. Additionally, I was able to apply a $50 discount code I found on social media. Thank you for the excellent service!
