I was wary to schedule an appointment with any company when I needed to replace my windshield. Reviews were hard to come by and nobody I knew had any personal experience with local companies. I ended up scheduling with Safelite and I had a fantastic experience. I called my insurance company to file the claim and they then transferred me to Safelite customer service. The appointment was a breeze to schedule and customer service was phenomenal to work with. Scott was my technician- he was very professional and thorough. There was a second person who worked on the windshield, but I never spoke with him so I'm not sure of his name. He did clean the outside of each window. I received a confirmation phone call and email, 2 reminder emails, and a text with Scott's information. I certainly wouldn't forget my appointment!

I would like to say I would have been a first time customer however I won’t use safelite. The woman Tricia who called to confirm my appointment wasn’t pleasant to work with. I used the website to book the appointment. I wanted my entire windshield replaced because the seal is bad and it’s leaking water into my car. Of course I had the sunroof checked. That is not the issue. So she proceeded to argue with about if it was my sunroof. I told her either way I am paying it shouldn’t matter to them when I’m the one paying. Then she asked me about my wind shield wipers. I w please my car is a luxury car so yea there is sensors there. Well she argued with me. Finally I just gave her the VIN. So she starts adding everything up and tells me it’s going to over $445. Um I was quoted $230. Absolutely ridiculous and she told to go online and look up a promo code then call her back. I was like that seems pointless since I’m on the phone with her. She said she didn’t know what promotions were being advertised and told she has never beware to their website. How do you work for a company and never looked at the website? She also talked to me like I didn’t know what the word “promo” meant. I got so fed up with her acting like she didn’t want to her job. Between arguing with about what’s wrong with my car, the luxury of the car, treating me like I’m dumb and don’t know the word promo, also tried to have me so her job. Like you are on computer at work. I was literally on my phone at into work. I was going to drive and do what she was asking. Worst customer service and I was ended up going with Auto Glass Now. Not only did we save over $100 the respect and customer service was top notch. When I called to cancel the appointment some guy answered and I explained why I was canceling. You could hear the shock from me explaining my interactions this morning with the lady named Tricia. The man apologized that’s the only reason I gave two stars otherwise if could go negative or a zero I would

The folks were very helpful and did a great job installing a new windshield on our 2009 civic. I wish I could remember the guy's name to give him the credit he deserves. It might have been Ryan. He spotted that one of the windshield wipers was undersized and offered a new pair. I had purchased the wipers several months back and used the book to choose them. The book was wrong. They work much better now. The side seals for the windshield had rotted, which is a common problem for the car so he showed me how they are installed and let me know that it was unfortunately a dealer only item. I took some pictures, ordered them up and installed them with ease a few days later. Overall, great service, great communication and a great experience. With so many larger businesses treating customers like using their service is some sort of a privilege, getting the treatment we received from Safelite was a real treat! Highly recommended. Mark was my repair tech.He was very friendly and descriptive and timely. The lobby was clean and cool. The receptionist, Teresa,though very busy handling scheduling , was still courtious and offered me fresh coffee. Although my windshield getting cracked sucked, the unexpected highlight was excellent customer care which most people know is almost nonexistent these days. Thank you Mark and Teresa and safelite for a flawless experience. I would recommend you again in a heartbeat and if I ever have to repair or replace my windshield again, I'll be back.

I needed a new windshield. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Because of the weather I needed to take the car to the shop instead of the on site repair. There is nothing that could have been done about that. They were still able to get me in as soon as I could get the car there. Upon my arrival I was told that the front part of the car would be cleaned and vacuumed inside and the windows would all be cleaned. I could not pick up the car until just before closing. The windshield replacement looked great. But in the harder to reach areas the car had not been cleaned and I ended up wiping up the dust and some fine grit. The dash had not been cleaned at all. Also the inside and outside of the driver's and passenger's window had not been touched. Maybe I misunderstood. I now have driven in down pours and no leaks. Like I said, the installation looks great. Just disappointed in the clean up they told me would happen.

I had to have my windshield replaced after it was cracked down the middle. I called Safelite and the customer service I received was exceptional. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and as soon as I walked in the door, they were right there to work on my car. The work was done very well, and quickly. I was also thought the website was great, and gave an accurate estimate for having the windshield replaced. Overall it was an amazing experience, I did however just want to note, that while it says they have a lifetime warranty- that warranty doesn't cover the glass itself, but rather the work done on the car.
