We needed a passenger window replaced and schedule satellite through our insurance company. The time frame for the appointment was from 12-5, which I was dreading. Steven, the technician called right after noon, arrived around 12:30 and the job was completed by 1:00. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. I had a disappointing experience at this facility. Prior to my windshield replacement, my interior trim was in perfect condition. However, upon picking up my car, I noticed significant damage to the trim. When I returned to address the issue, the technician, Chris, came out, pulled and tugged at the trim, and simply stated, “That’s just how it is, nothing I can do about it.” This response was surprising, as the trim was in excellent condition when I arrived for the appointment. I then requested to speak with a manager, but the front desk associate informed me that no managers were available that day. When I asked if she could contact one, she remained silent and eventually walked away without any explanation. A few moments later, another staff member came to inspect my vehicle and took it back into the shop. Thankfully, this individual was more understanding and did his best to repair the trim. This situation has been both frustrating and costly, as it will likely require me to replace the trim, which could have been avoided had proper care been taken during the windshield replacement. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for windshield repairs.

The vehicle scheduled for service is 25 years old. Very impressive that they were able to have a windshield available considering the age. Safelite was on time, polite, knowledgeable technician who immediately got to the task without much delay. He provided a service overview and a couple of updates during the replacement process. Extremely impressed with the quality of work and length of time involved to complete the project. Great service from scheduling and throughout the entire process. I was offered a $50 coupon about two weeks after my initial estimate enquiry. Couldn't refuse that. Very pleased! I have no issues recommending Safelite to family and friends.

The technician was polite. He performed the service while I was working. After work I checked on the repair and was dissatisfied with the amount of my car's interior that was exposed to direct sunlight due to the difference in the width of the tint strip on the replacement window. I contacted the technician, he was responsive. He knew what I was referring to right away. He advised he would send the photos and advise his management team of my concerns and they would contact me. That was 5/20, it's 5/22 and I haven't heard anything more from anyone. It looks out of place, like a pair of high water pants. I am concerned about UV damage to my interior over time. I am really just not happy with it. My preference would have been a heads up about the difference and an opportunity to possibly pay more for another option for replacement.

The wonderful, helpful staff at Safelite took great care of my Bronco after salt being thrown from the road left a bullseye crack in the windshield. This makes the second bullseye crack that they have repaired for me with excellent results. I was able to schedule and pay online. They had a quick and convenient appointment, so there was very little time to stress over the crack spreading before I could get it repaired. I do have plans to get the windshield replaced and this Safelite office will be the one that I utilize to complete the job. The photo is before the repair.

I somehow managed to completely shatter my rear window trying to defrost it. Scheduled an appointment with Safelite online and had an appointment the next day. Left my car in the driveway and came home from work the next day. Good as new! My technician Dan was prompt and great at keeping in touch. Even tidied up the glass with a little vacuuming. The whole ordeal from shatter to fix took less than 24 hours, and they even got in touch with my insurance for me. Easy process and fantastic service!
