The representative who scheduled my appointment was incredibly kind and professional — they got me in within less than 24 hours! 📅💯 🔧 Chris, the field technician, was outstanding! He replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently, and the work was clean and professional. 🧰🪟 I truly felt safer the moment I drove off. 🙏 I’m so grateful to Safelite for making what could’ve been a stressful situation an incredible experience. Shannon at the desk was super efficient and kind, and knew her job well! Shane helped me at my 2nd appt, I failed to get the name of the gentleman at the first appointment. They were both very efficient, courteous, dressed, clean and neat and returned my car to me in the same condition. I gave it to them with a free car wash, and it was still neat and tidy on the inside.. Dave David Smith did the actual windshield replacement for my second appointment and did a great job it calibrated perfectly which just means that the camera was manufactured into the windshield in the correct spot. That’s why it took two appointments. Everyone was wonderfully professional, super kind, and made the wait time during the second appointment really enjoyable and not stressful or boring. We have used SafeLite AutoGlass nationwide coast to coast for 30 years Windshield needs I never have we been inconvenienced or let down or had a bad experience.Always quality service, always working well with your insurance, they negate the need to interact as an intermediary between the claims adjuster and the shop, and always make it a pleasurable and efficient experience.

Great news is that the 3rd technician sent out to handle the job did an excellent job! Appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday, 6/14 and I had to reschedule to Monday, 6/16. Around 2:30 p.m., young lady called to ask if my windshield replacement had been completed. I stated it had not. It turns out the Manager called the 1st technician because he said the job had been completed. The 2nd technician showed up on Tuesday, 6/17, to only determine that the replacement windshield had a chip in the top. Job was rescheduled for Wednesday, 6/18 between 8-12. At 1:50, I contacted to Safelite and was told they were not aware that the job had been rescheduled and that they had to pick up the new windshield. Finally, the 3rd technician arrived at approximately 3:15 and completed the job by 4:10. The job was originally scheduled to take 2-3 hours. Amazing what the right person can do when necessary.

This Safelite honored their warranty on replacing a previously installed front window when what seemed like a sideways thermal crack occurred just a few weeks after install. I wasn't sure they were going to honor it, and was preparing to just have an ugly window on a car I'm still paying for - ( because I was not about to pay another $500 deductible) Thankfully, they replaced it under the warranty and my car looks great again. Thank you to Safelite and the awesome manager there who helped me and put my car safely back on the road with another windshield. They are a solid company. If you need a new windshield and solid service, check them out please. One star loss for the front desk lady. She just didn't want to be bothered and told us it likely wouldn't get replaced under warranty. Otherwise, excellent place!

I had my windshield replaced after way too long of dealing with ever increasing cracks. The scheduling was super easy online. Rescheduling my appointment was just as easy. When I arrived at the location, the guy at the counter was very friendly and provided an idea of how long it would take. Plus, they were finished within that time. When I picked up the car, a tech walked out to the car and pointed out a plastic piece that broke when they had removed the windshield (it's an old car) and said they had one on order. Overall, it was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

This place is awful. They ignored me when I got there for 10 minutes. They finally got my car done, and it wasn’t done correctly. When I returned to show the flaws, the manager was rude and discourteous in every way he could be and claimed it wasn’t their fault. I promptly left and went to Bay Auto Glass. Bay fixed my car quickly and correctly. Avoid Safelite AutoGlass like the plague. They are awful and don’t care. This company and this location are absolutely awful in every sense of the word. They don’t care.
