Very,Very unhappy with satellite! We were charged for new wiper blades, they were never put on. We had the car inspected next day and had to get new wipers. Safelite told us they would refund the money. This refund never took place, it's been a month. Called Safelite today and all we got was another run around. Please be aware of services you pay for by checking to see if work orders are full filled. Safelite: We have contacted the BBB. My husband, Darryl Stoneroad has been trying to resolve the issue of Safelite owing us $79.98 + tax on our bill which was paid in full to your Company. This is a charge for windshield wipers to be replaced with new windshield. The Wipers were never replaced. Your Company confirmed this was accurate. Our next step will be the Attorney General and ABC News to have this issue settled. You have our Address, it's your decision as to proceed with our next steps or not. Thank you, Darryl and Diane Stoneroad

Safelite went from being at the pinnacle of customer service (the best I ever worked with) a few years ago, to today, being one of the worst I have ever worked with. Here is how it went... I had difficulty reaching them. I was told to text or call a number. Texting took 3 days for an unhelpful response. Finally after a week or so, they texted me another phone number to call, but no one would answer that phone. So I kept trying for about 3 days until someone finally picked up. I was then given an estimate to replace my windshield. The actual cost ended up being more than double the estimate they gave me on the phone. They used to take care of the insurance company in a seamless manner, but that didn't go smoothly this time either. I also had to drive 30 minutes for my appointment and then was told their supplier gave them the wrong windshield, so I had to reschedule and drive all the way back another day. The repair time was 2 hours which was a nice surprise because they estimated it at 3 hours. I will go somewhere else in the future. The overall repair seemed fine and the people at the shop were nice, but it was just too much hassle to deal with them. They need to improve their service on the front end. They lost it.ServicesAuto windshield replacementPrice assessmentOverpriced

I normally do not leave reviews, but this is the most impressed I’ve been by customer service in a long time. I had a chip in my windshield, and expected to pay to have the chip repaired as I hadn’t fulfilled my insurance deductible (when I had a chip previously, my insurance would not cover the repair since I had not fulfilled my deductible). When I arrived, my car was taken right into the service bay on time, and the desk associate asked why I wasn’t using insurance. I explained the situation and she asked if she could try contacting my insurance as she thought there was a new program that would cover the repair. She ended up getting the repair fully covered, and my service was complete within half an hour. This location works as fast as they can, for as little cost to the customer as possible. They were extremely friendly, had portable phone/outlet chargers, tray tables for people who might need to use a laptop/work while they wait, coffee and snacks, and beautiful Christmas decorations. As I mentioned, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I would definitely recommend this location.

You see the ads for Safelite on TV, right? You think “sure my window will be replaced for no cost to me - gotta be a catch!!” I’m here to tell you - NO CATCH! I didn’t pay a dime. Safelite works with my insurance company - I called the claims line and hit the button for windshield service. Safelite customer service set me up - they were so friendly! Took the sting out of the big crack in my baby!! The technician arrived at my home - MY HOME - within the timeline they gave me. Safelite communicated every step of the way - via email, text - to keep me updated. My husband watched the technician do his thing - he was fascinated! They say if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Well Safelite is a dream come true! Believe the hype! And you don’t have to leave your house to get quality workmanship, efficiency, and courtesy.

Worst customer service I have ever heard of. My 82 year old mother needed her window replaced after a tree branch fell on it. They couldn't do it for several days, then finally came out to fix it and immediately broke the new window upon installation, then said they couldn't replace it for 5 more days, took the old inspection stickers away with them and didn't keep them, so my mother had to take the car for a new inspection after they finally returned to put in a new window. She was told Safelite would reimburse her for the inspection since they lost the stickers, but she asked the shop to do an oil change since the van was being inspected anyway. So now Safelite refuses to reimburse her for the inspection because there's an oil change on the bill as well - because apparently they're incapable of looking at the inspection cost and just reimbursing for that. So now she's trying to get the mechanic to make a new receipt with just the inspection on it. They're running an 82 year old senior citizen around like this over reimbursing about $100 after their shoddy work. Obnoxious. Oh, sidenote - my mom just said on top of all of this, they never even apologized to her for all of this, and the office manager has been nasty and acts like it's her fault the inspection stickers were taken away. Again, she's an old woman.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentOverpriced

My replacement windshield cracked from the bottom up. This company was bent on taking my insurance and credit card information, after I already told them the crack was their faulty windshield and I won't be charged or they just shouldn't come. But they came anyway and proceeded to contact my insurance anyway for no reason. Over the phone they wouldn't tell me it's their responsibility to replace in this circumstance. And didn't believe me that it was the specific type of damage. The tech told me it was from the heat coming out of my defrost, tried to insinuate it was my fault. Just so people know if it cracks from the edge it's their problem not yours. And that the glass they use is not as good as factory glass.
