I went to Safelite for a windshield replacement because that is where my insurance company made me go. The windshield itself is fine and appears to be installed well. The issue I had was that the tech didn't put the rest of the car back together. They asked me to bring the car back to them first if I had any issues which is understandable as things happen. I was literally back at the shop within 10 minutes of leaving because I was hearing rattles and upon closer inspection, the weather stripping along both side of the windshield were not reinstalled properly. On one side it wasn't clipped in at all. On the other side, one of the clips didn't seem to be working/holding so there was a big gap and they told me they didn't have the clip but would get a new one and call me. It's been two weeks and no call. I assume I will not be hearing back. They also forgot to replace some rubber weather protectors near the hood that prevents water from getting into the engine bay. Two days after the install I needed to use my wiper fluid and it didn't work. I could hear the motor working and spray sounding like it was hitting metal. I had to dig around under the hood to find a small hose was unplugged near the base of the windshield. I assume this was disconnected at some point during the windshield replacement and was not reconnected when they were done. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and take my car back to fix errors before leaving a review. However, the fact I found multiple things left uninstalled/disconnected and I never got a call back from them for the clip that isn't working has left me unimpressed.

Aaron from this location came to my house to replace my windshield. His attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. He kept me posted as to when he would arrive and did so at the prescribed time. The windshield replacement was quick and he let me drive for the recalibration process so I could learn about it. All in all the whole thing took about an hour. My insurance carrier (Progressive) connected me to SafeLite and scheduling was done seamlessly online; I have a new windshield less than 24 hours after first contact and couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

I had an outstanding experience with Safelite AutoGlass! They scheduled my appointment quickly, arrived right on time, and completed the passenger side window replacement faster than I expected. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire auto glass repair process clearly. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterward—no mess left behind! If you're looking for reliable, high-quality auto glass repair or window replacement, I highly recommend Safelite. Great service, honest work, and excellent results! I will definitely use them again in the future.

First, the chat Representatives must be lazy tweens since you never get a chance to respond they disconnect you. 🤨 Then they brought out the wrong part window. 🤦🏻♂️😒🙄 The guy did a rush job. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but I hope the job was done with 100% quality and nothing happens to my back window when I'm driving fast. 😮 New update. I found broken glass scattered all over the outside on the garage floor all around my very expensive Michelin Tires. Installed by lazy Maxwell . I hope someone offers me a complimentary service bill. 🤨

Took my car here to have the rear windshield replaced after it shattered while on the highway. Originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon at my house. No one ever showed up, and when I called towards the end of the 5 hour arrival window, I was told that they could not get ahold of the tech scheduled for repair. On Monday, I called immediately after I got off of work (4:30), waited on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up as the shop was closed at this point. I received a call/ voicemail from the manager while at work Tuesday that my afternoon appointment THAT DAY was canceled due to the tech getting injured while enroute, even though I had never scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I told the manager what had happened, and he was extremely apologetic and stated that it is his first week on the job. He scheduled me for an appointment on Thursday at the shop (earliest availability they had). From then on, everything went fine, and they seem to have done a good job with the repair. Not to mention they took $100 off and installed the new wiper blade I had bought for no additional cost. Hope things are looking up with the new manager, but I can’t justify a 5 star review given the communication issues/wasting 5 hours of my time on Saturday.

Had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago. Everything seems great, EXCEPT the fact that my windshield side panel to my car flew off on the freeway follow my service because they clearly did not securely put it back in place. I have e-mailed support TWICE in the last two weeks with ZERO RESPONSE, and can’t even get through on the phone to talk with anyone! If this doesn’t get resolved, I will never use Safelite again. My Wife is getting her windshield replaced soon, but we certainly won’t be going to Safelite if they aren’t willing make this right, and replace my side windshield panel.NegativeQuality, Value
