So I got a chip in my windshield the other day .I made an appointment here ..well I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got Sara and Mary we the best .so polite and friendly, at the same time very professional. They made me feel at home.they need to be commended .and what can I say about the work they did on my windshield..they made me examine the work b4 I left my God what a job.cant even tell and it wasn't a small chip..So thks to the technicians that did the work.i don't know your names but awesome job I appreciate all.of you ..I hope another rock doesn't hit my windshield.but if it does I will see you again thks best regards mike regine

I had a wonderful experience with this office. The communication was clear and accurate. They patiently and professionally handled a last minute rescheduling request. My technician was professional, friendly, and took great care of our car. He answered my calls the day of and was willing to call when he was on his way so I could fit in some much needed errands. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a totally windshield replacement in my driveway!

I recently cracked my windshield and was very nervous about finding a shop to fix it properly. First, thank you to Sarah and Mary for going above and beyond. Sarah guided me through everything and kept me informed. She ensured I could get OEM so my heads-up display worked properly. Mary fixed my car, and I can't even notice a difference from factory. She also confirmed it was a BMW OEM windshield and was willing to show me before installation. The work was done very quickly. They even included 3M for my EZPass. Thank you to these two for their professionalism and quality of work! I highly recommend this place for windshield replacement.

I had my windshield replaced and they made the process painless. When I walked in, I was taken right away even though I was a half hour early. They got me checked in and explained everything that needed to be done. I'm not from the area so I stayed in the waiting lounge. Very spacious with work tops and outlets. During my wait, I listened as the manager, Sarah, spoke to several customers. She sounded so polite and helpful. Everything seemed to be broken down for her customers and made sure they all had the direct number to call if there were any issues. My email confirmation said it would take between 2-3 hours to complete. Well, less than an hour and a half after I walked in, I was done! The window was replaced, my camera (?) was recalibrated, and new windshield wipers were replaced. Sarah checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed, that I understood what to do if something happened, and gave me the direct number to call if anything with my windshield or wipers came up. Then, when I got into my car, the tech gave me replacement Velcro for my easy pass! What a nice surprise for me! Quick and easy. I highly recommend this location!

I showed up 30 minutes early and they still took me right in. My vehicle's computer system made this a difficult job. Everyone was polite and attentive. Sarah, at the front desk, was running the place like clockwork. Not only did she keep me updated as I had to wait a while (thanks to my car being finicky) but listening to her work and manage multiple jobs was impressive. She is an asset to this location as well as the rest of the staff. I was extremely pleased with my results and their determination to make me a happy customer.

I own a Mercedes Sprinter that's outfitted as a 24 foot motorhome. Today I took it to Safelite in Johnstone Rhode Island. The windshield replacement experience could not have gone any better!!! The whole thing only took about 2.5 hours and included the recalibration of the sensors. During that time, I sat in their comfortable and clean waiting area, watching TV. Everything was explained up front and during the replacement the technician stopped by 3 times to give me an update on how things were going. Safelite worked out the cost details with my insurer and I only had to pay my glass deductible - no hassles!
