I was returning from Ft. Lauderdale and while driving through Hattiesburg, MS a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I decided to purchase a new one but my friend told me that the crack could be fixed if the size of quarter or smaller. I went online to make an appointment. I decided to drive to store because I could get an appointment later that morning versus waiting the next day for someone to come to home. When I arrived there was no wait. The staff was very friendly. They guy took my car back and 15 minutes later it was complete. The total cost was $136. The lobby was clean and they have complimentary coffee and water for customers. It’s a great location that’s not on a busy street. Plenty of parking spaces. I definitely recommend using Safelite if windshield is cracked. Forgot to take before and after photo of crack. The worker explained that it was kinda deep so had to use material that would be slightly visible. They also lifetime warranty on work and form that explains outcomes etc.

Input my information for a quote, and received one that included the cost of glass and sensor replacement/recalibration. It was the highest quote I'd gotten, so I continued shopping around. Shortly after pausing the booking process with them, I got an email with a promo code for $100 off. The discount would put them in the middle of the quote range I'd gotten, so I went to book with them. This time I had to restart the quote process and once the promo code was applied, the quote no longer included an actual price for the sensor recalibration (a cost of ~$480). I in place of the exact figure, just a note that "additional costs" would apply. I chatted into support to ask for a quote that again included the full cost, and was told that the exact cost would not be included if that's how the system generated the quote. Don't waste your time or money with this bait and switch company. There are better, more reliable and more honest local shops and national chains.

I had an appointment and arrived at the Pearl location at 7:30 when the facility was due to open. I was helped right away and sat down to wait for my windshield replacement. I’ve been to the facility a few times before over the years and found it efficient and the work done to my satisfaction. On this occasion, however, my experience was exceptional. Natalie greeted me at 7:30 with a big smile after a Daylight time change weekend. That alone made my day! I was in my chair only a moment or so when I noticed the technician had already moved my SUV around to the back and shortly after got the text the work had commenced on my windshield. It takes 2 to 3 hours to replace and recalibrate, but about an hour and a half in, a nice gentleman came to my chair and told me the work was complete and they would recalibrate, and I’d be on my way. I expressed my surprise at how quickly the work was done and he apologized for how long he thought it had taken! I was floored . Shortly afterward I had my papers, paid for the work and drove away. Everyone in the Pearl facility made my Monday begin on such a positive note that the rest of the day continued to flow beautifully. Thanks so much for the great customer service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the way my recent appointment was handled. I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday, which was abruptly canceled by Safelite just five minutes before the scheduled time. This is completely unacceptable, especially on a Saturday when every other service provider is closed, leaving me with no options to resolve my issue. The lack of consideration for my time and the poor communication demonstrates a shocking disregard for your customers. A cancellation this close to the appointment is not just inconvenient—it’s disrespectful. I cleared my schedule for this service and had no alternative options due to the day of the week. Your last-minute decision has caused me significant inconvenience and stress, and I find it hard to believe that there was no way to notify me sooner. Customer service should be about reliability and respect, and Safelite failed on both counts in this situation. I expect a clear explanation of why this happened and what steps you are taking to prevent such unprofessional behavior in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate immediate assistance in rescheduling this appointment with priority and some form of compensation for the unnecessary inconvenience I have endured. I look forward to your prompt and satisfactory response.

Aiden and his co-worker did an excellent job replacing this glass. It was a nightmare. The glass was shattered and broken. They were professional and did an excellent job cleaning up the glass. Aiden explained how to care for my new glass. He answered all of my questions and thanked me for using Safelite. The online experience is excellent. Customer service agent I spoke with was kind and professional. She reached out to my tech and they assured me that there would not be a problem because we couldn't move the truck. All I can say is Safelite repaired Safelite replaced. Thank you all so much for making this a great experience.

I had a appointment to have the chip in my windshield repaired and was told they couldn’t repair it and that I have to replace the whole windshield. I declined to have my windshield replaced. The next thing I received is a text stating that the work on my car has started, so I called over to the shop and was speaking to a very rude guy that didn’t even want to listen what I had to say or explain to him that my car was not at the shop for repairs and that I have my car with me. So being frustrated for not getting through to him, I ended the call. Meaning that this was a claim through my USAA insurance policy, I called and confirmed that this claim was approved for them to repair my windshield with no notes for the insurance adjuster that the windshield can not be repaired and has to be replaced. I was still on the phone with my insurance company when I received a text message saying that the work has been completed on my car. I reported to my insurance company that this is a fraudulent claim payout for work that hasn’t been done to my car. So today I received a text message asking about the service I received for the repair on my car. So I called them back like 3 times and every time the phone gets answered and you can hear them talking to each other in the background then the call will end. I would think twice before using this location if I were you, having you spend more money on replacement rather to fixing the small chip! I went to Global Glass in Jackson and they repaired the chip in my windshield for $80 out of pocket! THINK TWICE FOLKS!! THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!
