Last week I used them for a windshield replacement and service was fabulous. Kristen helped me get everything set up from start to finish, including my insurance and after it required going to Rivertown Toyota for calibration. Once the car was taken by them to Rivertown Toyota, we started have issues with Rivertown's service department. She jumped right in to help me with this. Even though I was told I would have my car back same day, Rivertown said otherwise with no warning and I had to be at work the next day at 7 am. The service was awful and not helpful, but Kristen made it happen and I was able to get my car back the same day. It still required her to deal with them post me getting my car back, but I know she handled it professionally. Rivertown also told me to wait 3 days to remove the tape from the windshield but I did not trust what they told me. I immediately called Kristen back to confirm and as I thought, I was given wrong information. The tape was to be removed in 24 hours. If I had followed Rivertown's instructions, it could have potentially caused damage to my paint. If ever needed glasswork again, they will be my 1st choice. Had to have my windshield replaced and walked in for a price quote. So glad I did, the manager was extremely helpful and had the tools to look up the correct item I needed within a few minutes. Had the replacement done in one day and called numerous times to update me on the status of completion. Good prices, quality service, and fantastic results.

I have used this place 3 other times with great service. I called on a Wednesday to inquire about a windshield. The lady I spoke with (KIM) said she could order it and have it installed on Monday or Tuesday. Fine! I show up on Tuesday and she didn't remember the conversation. I reminded her of our conversation and then she said "you were supposed to be here yesterday. I said I couldn't come yesterday. Then she said well I thought you were coming next Monday. What??? Then she gets rude and says I can just have a nice day. I hope the owner reads this. I was not rude, I was just trying to get my windshield replaced. They have lost me as a customer. We have a fleet of cars and that opportunity is also gone.

I received my van back with the replacement windshield corner exposed. I found scratches on the outside molding they deny causing, and pieces of broken glass laying below the windshield wipers after I drove home. A lady at the shop said the scratches were from branches I drove through or a cat. A cat? I don't have cats or drive through trees. A man came out and popped a piece of plastic over the exposed corner of glass after alI noticed it was exposed. It was not sealed in at all. Why was this corner of glass not sealed in I wonder. I received no warranty or guarantee except their word that it won't leak, fall out, or be able to withstand the car wash or the storm coming tomorrow. All I saw at the desk was a sign saying what they are not responsible for. I paid 425.00 for this windshield..

Whenever I have had auto glass issues this business has been my go to. Tell them some basic information about your vehicle and what glass needs to be replaced, and they order it overnight and install it the next day. I have had no issue with the quality of their work. The price of glass has increased over the past few years, but the labor charges are reasonable.
