Super Price Auto Glass

Very rarely does a name or slogan match the value or product that a company is bosting but unquestioningly this one does. I had a window broken out from my Silverado and I took a chance with Super Price. I went to all the usual places both dealership and places like Safelight but only to find that the price was nearly double for the same job. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop when he started but I found opposite He came on time finished quickly and was very professional. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD! I called so many places in the area and this place was BY FAR the cheapest. I messaged him on Sunday, and he was at my apartment Monday to replace my windshield. I get very anxious about car stuff, and, when Sal came to fix my windshield, he put me such as ease. He went through the whole process with me and answered any questions I had. He came to my apartment and completed the job in less than a hour. Sal was so kind and truly treats his customers like family. I cannot stress enough, if you have any glass problems... GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

My experience was awesome, Sal was very professional, honest, and dedicated to his work. My windshield was replaced he came out the first time and noticed a crack in the cowl (molding around windshield) Sal was honest enough to bring it to my attention and he advised me he’s not comfortable replacing the windshield at this time. Sal went the extra mile and found me a replacement cowl and came back and completed the installation with low cost and quality work!!!

My windshield cracked from a rock on the expressway. I found out that my Progressive Insurance would not cover the replacement and that I would have to pay for it!!! THAT WAS MORE THAN DISAPPOINTING! So, I was left holding the bill. I checked prices at various places. The original company wanted almost double what Super Price Auto wanted. So, I decided to go with them. I am super happy with my decision! Sal came to my house and replaced the windshield and cleaned everything up. This is the kind of service and value that will keep me coming back! Nicely done Sal! Sal came over to assess what was involved with replacing our windshield quoted me a very fair price, then we made our appt. He texted right back to answer any questions I had and gave a time window about when to expect the repairmen to arrive. Also they called when they were 15-20 minutes out. He sent a team of two guys to put our windshield in. I have an older like new condition truck so I was worried about the disassemble on the apron in front of the window but they were careful and everything also went back together nicely. Looks great and it got tested out and passed the the test on the first night with a huge rain storm. I'm very happy to no longer have a chipped, scratched up windshield. They are all very dependable. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Sal & his team.

Sal was/is awesome! Needed a chip repair, when I called I actually spoke with Sal, not an aggravating computer (that gets you absolutely nowhere) my questions were answered, he was able to come out the next day (he did offer the same day, however that didn’t work for me). He arrived next day, in the time frame he said, fixed the chips (yes he had found a 2nd chip) & within 15 - 20 minutes he was finished! He was kind, thoughtful, respectful, answered any questions I had for him, & he was affordable! I can honestly say he definitely puts quality before quantity which is rare now days, & I can’t even tell you how much that means in today’s world & to me! Thank you so much Sal!
