I was quoted one price over the phone with a lifetime warranty. I told him I wanted dark dark tint all over. When I arrived, the only option he gave me to get on the front 2 windows were basically no tint at all. Even though I asked for the darkest tint available. Once it was time to collect the payment, I paid in cash (should've never did that) and I had to ask for some type of papertrail for the lifetime warranty. (I clearly wasn't getting any type of receipt from him.) The guy had the nerve to tell me there's no warranty unless you pay the taxes for the service. That made me really question his way of running business. I'm not happy about the situation at all.

Horrible service! Poor craftsmanship. The owner is a horrible liar and a cheat! Quoted me. Cash price then the price jumped up $50.00. Lots of bubbles or air pockets left in the tint asked to wait one week to allow for drying. Waited, went back and was given excuse after excuse as why that had happened. First I was told my car was old (2005), next my windows were dirty, then it was late in the day, or that I wasn’t waiting long enough for the bubbles to dry out. Lastly that I must’ve rolled all the windows down. Physically impossible to roll down my rear window. He made me go back four times before he had to replace three of the four side windows. Left a bunch of clippings and towels in the car when they were at 7:30 pm. Thought I would save a few bucks because they did a good job a several years ago. Should have listened to the old saying, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". I've been back twice and they don't fix all of the bubbles. I point out the bubbles and the owner keeps saying that I need to wait till the weather heats up; I've waited more than a month. Not going to waste my time going back a third time. My advice to others is pay the extra money to have a reputable shop do a good job.

I went to this place needing replacement tint and when it was done lookd ok in the shop then i notice the scratch makes in the sun i mean it looked bad as a car does to a furniture in your place i mean horrible they scrape so hard that they took my solar lining out of my window. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all. My boyfriend took my impala here yesterday 6/29/2020. It was poor quality so I called to ask him why there were so many bubbles on my windows after. He said to give it a week and they will go away and if they dont to come back and he will do it again but no refunds. I was not happy with the tint job so I had my bf take it back to be removed from all the windows. He did get a refund, however when I got my car back home I noticed there was still tape on the back driver window. I tested the window. It went down and did not go back up. My boyfriend spoke to the manager who said my window was already broken before which is absolutey not true and he refused to fix it. He didnt care. Had appointments to bring 2 cars to them on the same day for tinting. Dropped the first car off and was told to come back in 2 hours. After the 2 hours were up we returned and the first car was moved but no tint whatsoever. He told me that he was behind schedule. I understood that because he was the only one working. Even though 2 hours were wasted, I said that I could reschedule. That's when he insisted that I keep the car there and he could call someone to come help. I told him that I had to reschedule and asked for my keys back. He told me that the person who moved my car took my keys and left by mistake. He called the guy to bring my keys back and said that he's five minutes away. Ten minutes later, I asked for an update and he said "I'm sorry sir, I don't know what to tell you". Five minutes later, the guy shows up with my keys. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Complete waste of time!!
