United Auto Glass & Window Tinting

Called today to see to confirm a quote of $200 for all windows on my car but was shock to find out that it was now $240 to tint everything on my car. I called earlier this year to get a quote and it was 40 dollars less. They did a great job on my last car and wanted to go back, but not for an extra $40 in matter of months.

After reading all the positive reviews, I made an appointment with United Auto Glass. The service was good, and Helen the person who processed my window tinting was very proffesional. The whole job took only an hour. Satisfied with the job, I got in my car and drove off which was a bad mistake. I didn't take the time to check my vehicle in the parking lot while I was still there. I drove to Sams club to fill up gas, and I noticed a 7 inch long scratch on the side of my plastic bumper. I was positive that the scratch wasn't there on my way to their shop because I keep particular attention to my cars finish at all times. I am certain that the scratch came from their shop but I have no way to prove it. I drove back anyways hoping that they might own up to it but I was wrong. I got Helen to take a look and she immediately told me it was from a shopping cart. What shopping cart would cause a black scratch mark? I was disappointed with her answer but what can I do? I should have checked it before I left. If they were resposible, I can only hope that Karma will take care of who ever did it and didn't want to own up to it. I guess the owners of United Auto Glass are comfortable about this. I sure am not, and will tell everyone I can about my experience with them. I should have stuck with my regular tint guys. Saving $40.00 on a tint job cost me a $200.00 paint job to have my bumper repainted and buffed out. I'm sure United Auto Glass isn't losing any sleep over customers they disappoint like me.

All I can say is that I don't write reviews all the time. Just would like to say that out of all the shops that I called to get a quote on a brand new vehicle, I chose this place because they show appreciation towards the customer, and they give complete honesty and integrity about their business, they do not push you or offer you any extras like other places do. United Auto Glass has gained my trust and loyalty if I ever need of their service. But just would like to say Thank You for making my first time experience a very unique experience and less hassles. I got very lucky on my windshield, an exceptional job! love the people there! Thank you again for making my life easy!

Highly recommend for Window tints. Neo did a fantastic job at a great price. I was nervous because I didn’t know anything about window tints. After reading many reviews online I called United Auto Glass and Eco Tint as they both had the highest amount of positive reviews. Eco Tint were going to charge an incredulous $200 while United quoted $150. I heard from friends that they paid as low as $80 for there whole vehicle, but I would much rather pay the extra money if I know for sure the job will get done right the first time. Easy choice if you ask me and I was NOT disappointed! My appointment was at 12pm, but due to my schedule I arrived at 11.10am and was seen immediately due to a no-show. They quoted me 2 hours and I'm happy to report that they were done with 10 whole minutes to spare. The fun and enthusiastic lady at the front desk also gets stuck in to help in the shop during busy periods which was nice to see. The only poor thing of my whole experience was the size of the tiny waiting area (if there were more than three people waiting, it would be EXTREMELY uncomfortable!). The vending machine was out of order and there was nothing of interest to anyone to read, so bring your own entertainment and be willing to walk 50 yards to the gas station for refreshments!

Here for a wedding and got a crack on my windshield when driving from Arizona to Las Vegas. Was looking around close to where I am staying and saw the reviews were good. I fist came in at 9am and was told to come in at 12pm and would take an hour for install. Sure enough, the work was done close to an hour. Thank you very much United auto glass. You guys did an amazing job and knocked it out of the ballpark.
