Jeanette has been cordial, but that is extent of the positive with our experience so far. We reached out via a referral from Tom Bush BMW and the organization and communication has been unsatisfactory thus far. We started this process on 11/7. I called, left a VM, and didn't receive a call back the next day. I then followed up on 11/9 reaching Jeanette. No acknowledgement of the VM left 2 days prior. We filed our claim and provided our insurer's info so she could coordinate with them. She let me know that she would call me back once that was done. Since I didn't hear from her, I called to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was squared away with our insurer. She acted as if she didn't know why I was calling (clearly forgetting that she said she would call me back). In fact, she asked politely why I was calling. Anyway, we got our replacement scheduled. They show up and it's raining and can't do the repair. Understandable. They show up again on the second time, but this time an hour earlier than they scheduled and it's raining. Can't do it again. Somewhat understandable but would have been avoided if they stuck to the original 2pm scheduled appointment. She proceeded to tell me wife that she would call her back later that day with an appointment time for 11/20. She never did completely forgetting again. I had to call her back today regarding our order and she proceeds to tell me that "yes, the glass is in". It was apparent that she didn't recall telling my wife on 11/17 that she would call back later to schedule an appointment on 11/20. Today she told me the next available appointment is 11/27 - literally zero effort to right the wrong of forgetting to call my wife back on 11/17 to set the 11/20 appt she said she would set. This shouldn't be a 3 week process, but it unfortunately is turning into such because of how poor the communication is, specifically that she has failed to follow-up numerous times now. It all is compounded by the fact that she doesn't exhibit any sense of urgency to right the wrong. I know she means well, but it's evident she is beyond capacity with her workload and communication is suffering as a result. Unfortunately, all of this doesn't excuse poor communication and customer service. Will absolutely not recommend Walker to anyone looking for auto glass replacement.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** This company installed my windshield on 2 different occasions within a week it had a crack. They are a scam. They told me to call the dealership because they provided a faulty glass. Once I spoke with the service manager he advised they inspect the glass before selling it & it wasnt installed properly. He also advised that I am not the first person who has called him about this issues with this company. He said this company isn’t even approved by the dealer & recommended me to use the company the dealers at Mercedes use. As you can see in the photo. There is no impact point & this is the same spot the crack occurred last go round. Im highly dissatisfied

Walker Auto Glass (Jacksonville, FL) just did an awesome job of replacing my front windshield on my BMW. Steve and his partner were on time, extremely helpful, very skilled, very careful and very polite. Could not have been a better experience. I was almost to the point that I’d rather watch my windshield continue to spiderweb than to resort to getting serviced by Safelite again. Fortunately, that’s not legal to drive around in that condition and with the help of my insurance I was super grateful to have found your company. Jeannette was incredibly easy to work with and helped get me an OEM windshield for my Miata. The replacement appointment itself was really convenient with my schedule since they are mobile and done quickly at my complex (<45 minutes). They also reinstalled/positioned my dash-cam perfectly. Thank you for making this process less stressful than it could have ever been elsewhere. I-10 is the bane of my existence and likely many others with all that debris ricocheting at our windshields. I know it is just a matter of time where I’ll get my windshield peppered up again, so I’ll see you guys again.

Called three glass companies to replace glass windshield and back glass of my 72 Chevy truck, with no luck, prior to getting Steve’s number. He arrived when he said he would, we had an issue that was not his fault (bad chrome trim) he ordered correct gasket and returned 2nd time to fix the issue! Very happy with the job! Walker auto came out and replaced my windshield on my 2016 VW Golf R. They were on time, very professional, and performed a very an outstanding job. I have used Safelite and did not know what to expect since Safelite did such an atrocious job on my 370Z. Walker replaced my windshield and aligned my lane keeping camera and sensors perfectly without any trouble and were here in 1/4 of the time it took for Safelite to change my other windshield. Highly recommend walker auto glass. They’re the best. Very reasonable prices too.
