100% reliable, honest, professional service. They always communicate clearly on cost and timeframe, giving me all options to complete my service without overwhelming with technical details or talking down to a client. They mostly schedule service next day, never more than a few days out, and turn around service that day. Rates are fair, only charging when they are able to complete a repair, connecting me with other proven shops for more specialized services.

Went to Steben,s Auto in West Htfd. Park Road to replace front windshield and what a horrible experience!! Peter is the tech. then he lies about the glass wasn’t flushed leaving a finger gap between due to vehicle being an older model! Then tells me after raising concerns he proceeds to tell he cannot do same work as original factory. Unfortunately also the outer trim seal around glass not flush as well exposing the glass, literally my finger fits in gap, and last the inside seal was removed and not replaced exposing the seam separation between glass and inside roof liner that eventually sag! SO FRUSTRATED!!

One of the few car shops that will actually down-sell you.. I wanted to get some rusty panels swapped out on an old car. They looked it over and said the cost would not be worth the car value. There's too many scams in the mechanic world, so I really appreciated their honesty. I now go here for all our cars. Recently got the AC repaired, was very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time.

I stopped in to Steben’s on Monday (2/18/19). I had just got the front bumper of my SUV fixed elsewhere and it was a disaster. I stopped in and told Pauli about my dilemma and asked (just about begged) he help me out. He agreed with my opinion and even pointed out what the other place did wrong. The paint was still wet, they didn’t use a hardener, and the most obvious issue was it did not match. It was 3 shades different than the rest of the car. Pauli was hesitant to work on the bumper since he knew the paint that was used on it was cheap. He was concerned he might not be able to salvage the bumper. Knowing I had just paid another place for my nightmare he worked on the price and promised me I’d leave content when I picked up the car. I went to pick up my car today and Pauli delivered! I’ll rephrase that - Pauli went above and beyond. The bumper was fixed exactly as promised. The color was a perfect match! I would’ve been overjoyed if it ended there, but it didn’t. They even cleaned the outside of the car and dressed the wheels. Did I leave a body shop or a detail shop?! Lol. If you need to get any body work done on your car don’t think twice about it - Steben’s is where you want to go. They’re priced perfectly and deliver a result that’s worth more than you pay.
