SLP Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Without a doubt this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Their price is great. They were $80 cheaper than any other place I had look at my vehicle. They were available quickly and got me in and out in no time at all. They were professional and insured me that all of the workmanship came with a lifetime warranty. My Jeep is old and has 300,000 miles on it and it's been tweeked a little. I did end up getting a little air gap. I let them know about my problem and the fixed it absolutely free. I've never had a company either big or small take as much care over fixing an issue like this. Even if they were more expensive than anywhere else I would still go to them after the level of care they showed for my vehicle and for me as a customer. The good part is they're cheap. Kid tested, father approved! I don't let anyone touch my Jeep but my dad.... but I've never needed a new windshield. I called around and received multiple quotes. This place was roughly $65 LESS than any other place. I got in for my appointment on Saturday at a convenient time for me. Although the neighborhood is a little sketchy, I was completely comfortable when I walked in the door. My windshield looks AMAZING and I received great service. The guy in the front office was very inviting and we had a great little chat. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and co-workers. I was even able to leave and get some lunch and they called me when the job was complete. Couldn't have asked for more from an auto glass shop.

When I was doing price comparisons to get my windshield replaced, SLP prices seemed too good to be true. I had to make sure this place was legit, and let me tell you, THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. There was quick and easy communication with the professionals, I was able to book an appointment within 3 days of reaching out, the process only took 1.5 hours, and my windshield is now in perfect condition. I would not trust these guys. I took my car in to SLP to get a chip repaired and it was horribly botched. The tech also managed to chip the INSIDE pane of my windshield and the finished product looks comical. The photo shows the chip after the “repair”. I asked SLP what happened and gave them a chance to make it right. The manager told me that this was a perfectly acceptable repair job and assured me that this fill would prevent the chip from cracking. He said that they absolutely stood behind this work. Is this the quality you are looking for from an auto glass shop? I would not recommend SLP to anyone for any service. Edited to add: 6 months after SLP “fixed” my chip, it is cracking.

Need your windshield replaced? Go there now. Lower prices by 20% to 30% of their competitors. Fast service. They are super concerned about their good customer ratings on Google and word of mouth so that makes them attentive to details. Also, I had an install issue 6 months later (windshield leaked) and they replaced the entire windshield for free as a guarantee on the work. I would definitely go again and have told my friends about them. Oh and I asked about extra work I needed done. Instead of accepting the work and charging me to do it. They pointed me to the place I could buy and install the part myself for less money. It sounds corny, but that's service and honesty. Thanks, guys!

John and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! After losing a window to a car break-in, I called at 9AM, and got an appointment just one hour later. All the staff members were friendly, attentive and courteous, with a very comfortable and welcoming waiting area. (Make sure to check out the fish tank!) I was in and out in less than an hour. I had a similar car window replacement done a few years back, and the price was nearly 30% higher than what I paid for today. *BEST PRICES IN TOWN!* Will absolutely recommend this shop to all of my family and friends. We were on our way for a family weekend getaway from Pueblo, Co. We were on I-25 when ice began to melt off a rental truck. A chunk of ice flew off and landed right on our windshield. My husband called two other glass companies and were unable to get assistance. We called SLP and they were able to get us a window quickly (before their glass distributer closed). We were in and out within and hour and the service was amazing. And we didn’t spend a lot of money! I received a quote and I agreed to bring car in to get passenger window replaced. I went to place on W Alameda at 9 in morning when they opened. I was repeatively told that glass was ordered and would arrive during the day. It did not show up, so I was told that I would be called maybe next day when part would be delivered, 2 days later no call. I am a veteran 73 years old, and a man of my word. This place I guess did not want to help me and wasted my valuable time. I hope if you are a veteran and you need auto glass, go to a place with more integrity.
