Had a rear window broken on my Kia. I looked around and decided to called Prime Tyme Auto Glass on Thursday based on previous reviews. I was able to get an appointment as soon as this Saturday, Jay even called me and wanted to come earlier than planned which was great for me. Jay was so pleasant to speak to, he worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up the small glass pieces. The window looks great. The price is unbeatable, I called around first to get several estimates and Prime Tyme had the best price out here. And Jay came to my home. What a Blessing. If I or anyone that I know needs future window repairs he has my business and recommendations. Thank you so so much Jay!!!

Crystal answered my call right away which is amazing because other companies all went to voicemail. She called the day before to confirm the appointment. She called again 30 minutes before to let me know the technician was on his way. He was on time and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were also the cheapest out of all the companies I got quotes from. Jay was on time and very professional ! The police had to break my window on Christmas Eve because my baby was locked inside. Everywhere I called was going to charge me $250+ just for the repair. Very prompt, professional, and on time! I was extremely hesitant to use anyone other than the dealership on my new car but I’m so glad I did! The technician was awesome, was very careful with my car, called when he was 30 minutes out just like the office said he would and done a great job. I have a 2016 Ford Mustang, Jay came to my crib replaced my front windshield with no problem. My windshield looks original and I'm pleased.The price beat dealership and one of the large retailers. I like the fact that a warranty is offered for Prime Tyme work as well as literature to read and a professional receipt upon completion of service. Upon scheduling my appointment the female was polite and knowledgeable of their services.Jay mobile customer service is great as if you were visiting an office. I would definitely recommend Prime Tyme.

What can I say, literally speechless! While driving yesterday two rocks hit my windshield and was afraid they would spread. Googled and found Prime Tyme Auto Glass and was able to share details with their representative and in 15 minutes or less I was able to get scheduled the next day at a reasonable price. The time to repair took about 45 minutes and was able to take a look at my husband’s windshield while there. Extremely pleased on the repairs I am excited to do business with Prime Tyme Auto Glass in the future. I’d highly recommend!

I typically don't write reviews, however, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Jay and Pryme Tyme Auto Glass. Called them for a busted windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience and the technician arrived exactly at the time that I was told and installed my new windshield in less than an hour. He then educated me on how to care for the windshield prior to getting my car back on the road. I felt as though they valued my time and my business. Great service overall. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

This company was the best in many aspects. They were the easiest to get in touch with, the fastest to put us on the schedule AND the most fairly priced! What a pleasant experience! My windshield cracked and my insurance company wanted me to go with a major national company, who wanted over $600 for my repair and couldn't get to it soon. Prime Tyme came out the next day to my house, did a great job, and was 1/3rd of the national chain price - and the work comes with a warranty. I called Friday night after the window on my truck got busted by a flying rock from a lawn care company. They were very prompt to respond and offered to come out on Saturday and fix the glass. How ever our schedules didn’t align and so they arrived today and fixed the broken window. They are extremely professional and due amazing work. I will definitely be using them to replace more glass in my other vehicles in the future. I highly recommend them for all your glass needs.
