This auto glass company is a refreshing change to deal with. My newish truck sprang a leak, I assumed it was the back glass leaking around the seal. I called Mr. Dunk, he was at my house within an hour. He explained to me he didn't feel comfortable changing out my glass without being 100% positive it was leaking from the window. He explained to me that more than likely was my high mount brake light. Today I ran it through a car wash and saw water coming from between the glass and the light. my first thought was the sliding window seal was bad letting water in. So I called him again, less than an hour he called me back and left me a message and gave me my options on how to fix the sliding glass. During that time I had pulled the high mount brake light out and found a warped seal. I sealed the light back down like Mr. Dunk instructed me too. I pretty sure this was the issue, but not 100% sure. I will watch it for a few rainy days. I asked Mr. Dunk to quote me a price on replacing the glass anyway just incase I am wrong about the leak coming from the light. When this all started I called Ford they said make an appointment. They were 45 days out from even taking my truck and then told me they would have to keep it for 3-4 weeks just to diagnose the problem. During that time I'd have water leaking in and mold growing. That was unacceptable. For what trucks cost now days. Mr. Dunk didn't charge me anything and responded to me quickly. If I need the back window I will purchase it from him. I will also tell as many people as I can about the service he gives his customers. Very refreshing that a company now days treats there customers this way!!!!!!!

Great service! Called on Monday afternoon and he was able to coordinate to come and change the windshield Wednesday morning. Other services did not have any openings for over a week. Local owner and operator, very nice and professional. Responsive and kept me up to date with any changes. Also best price comparing to other 3-4 quotes from the area. Highly recommend and will use his services for any future needs.

My wife got a chip in her windshield, cause let's face it her driving may not be the best. She got ahold of this gentleman and he was willing to meet us wherever need be. Most of the places she called either didn't offer repairs or wanted a crazy price for mobile. Upfront he warned us the chip may not look 100% (were from Texas, very familiar with repairing chips) would definitely recommend him.

I called late afternoon with what i thought was a leaking windshield. He was so nice and went out of his way, meeting me early the next morning to figure out what was going on. Turns out my sunroof drain is clogged. Polite and professional, no charge, great service! Highly recommend!

Thank god for Slam Auto Glass! I was on a 7 hour road trip when halfway through my windshield was shattered. I was able to get it fixed and be back on the road in just a few hours. Dunk had great customer service, communication, and results!
