SUPERGLASS came to my residence the day I called and did a thorough assessment of the damage to the front windshield. Ray is a total professional and his 20 plus years of experience really showed. While he was repairing the quarter sized chip I called him about, he found a small chip below it I hadn't even seen. He completed both repairs and the windshield looks great. The price charged was very reasonable. If you have damage to your windshield call SUPERGLASS before going to any national retailer. Ray does fantastic work and you will be dealing with someone who is honest and clearly takes pride in his work.

I highly recommend Ray at Superglass! I called him based on the reviews, and these reviews are accurate. Ray drove 40 minutes (twice) to repair the long crack in my windshield. The second time was to redo one part. He was professional, and he was thorough in explaining what needed done and the risks. He took his time and did his work; he exceeded my expectations. The crack was barely visible. After a week, though, and only because of water (it had rained on my cracked windshield), the fix didn't hold, and Ray sent a refund. I arrived in Port Wentworth from Pennsylvania on a Saturday morning with a stone chipped windshield that had about 3 small legs starting away from the chip. I called Superglass and Ray took my call at around 12:55. He committed to being at my location at 1:45 and sure enough there he was at 1:44 and did a beautiful job in a very short time. Ray is the man if you encounter a chipped windshield. Don't waste your time trying to call Safelite as I did at first. I couldn't even get a live person to take the call. So, my parents were helped by Ray a few times in the past few years. They have said great things, many of their friends said great things, and today I got to experience said "Great Thing". When my dad's hybrid needed repair, Ray arrived in the nick of time and helped out. Apparently, the actual nick on the left side of the car's window was caused by a previous repair and just needed some tending to. Ray fixed, cleaned, and we even had a talk about his own ride! I must say, Ray is extremely nice and has a good sense of humor. Called Ray at 1:50 PM and let him know I needed to leave work to go home at 3:30 and was going to try to make an appointment the next day. He assured me he could drive to my work and have this repair made before then. I agreed and he met me shortly after and had the repair made within the same hour. Ray is amazing! I cannot praise him enough. He fixed what Safelite broke, he saved me $500, he met me same day, he was just an absolute hero. He answered quickly to phone calls and texts, gave me a quick easy quote and a great price. When I got there he was very careful to go about it the right way, he took many precautions that Safelite didn't, he explained what he was doing, he was honest and kind. I had a crack in my windshield that was nearly 10 inches long. While I was getting quotes for replacement, I spoke to Ray, who told me he might be able to repair the damage instead. While Ray was able to repair the crack from the outside looking in, you could still see the crack from the inside, which wouldn't work for me because I am trying to sell my car. I had made this expectation clear upfront, so he fully reimbursed me. Ray was honest and committed to meeting my needs. I called Mr. Ray today at 3 o’clock this afternoon and asked him if he could come out and patch a windshield chip that I had in the bottom driver side corner. He told me he could be out by 415 to take a look at it. Mr. Ray got here at 4:15 and began working on my car windshield. By 430 he completed the repair and it looks almost brand new. Ray was great to work with. He was professional, communicative, and affordable. He was able to fix my cracked glass within the day, for which I am extremely grateful. He got delayed, but kept the line of communication clear and open the entire time. Within 30 minutes of arriving, he was finished. He explained every step and detailed what he was doing.
