American Eagle Auto Glass

These guys do absolutely EXCELLENT work. From beginning to end my experience was a great one. They had very competitive pricing, listened to my issues at hand, and then performed their work flawlessly. I had a leak coming into my Jeep somewhere on the passenger side and had narrowed the cause down to the current windshield. Not only did they fix the windshield with better quality glass, but also added extra protective coverings on the top. Dave the shop manager listened to my explanation of the leak and also found a screw missing under the seals on my door which was another leak spot in addition to the windshield. They fixed that at no charge. I dropped the car off and when the work was done they even dropped my Jeep back off to me at work on the way to a field job they had in the area. Do yourself a favor and use these guys for your auto glass needs. I will be back, and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I can't say enough about the folks over at American Eagle Auto Glass. We were visiting from out of state and in a pinch to get our windshield fixed after a large rock got us on the highway. We needed to get this taken care of before traveling back home. We called two other locations in town for help and they were unwilling to get a dealer approved windshield to us and installed within the week. However, after speaking with Dee at American Eagle, she said..."Yes! We want to help you and will make it happen!" We were so relieved and overjoyed that someone was willing to go the extra mile for a new customer. After picking up our newly installed and calibrated windshield, Dee commented to me that she did what she hoped someone else would do for her kids of they needed help while traveling. Indeed Miss Dee, there are No ducks here...only Eagles! Thank you all for the prompt, efficient, and heart-centered service.

Had a severely cracked windshield and got quotes from several places to get a new windshield and recalibration of my safety systems. American Eagle Auto Glass quoted the cheapest (total out the door less than the $750 that SafeLite wanted just to recalibrate), I dropped it off just before 10 and it was done by noon. The glass looks flawless, I couldn’t find any defects and there was no additional wind or road noise noticeable after the repair. My safety features and cruse control all seem to be working perfectly, everything checked out! Was well worth it and if I ever have any windshield needs and am in the area again (active duty military stationed out of state) I will definitely be going back!

I got the windshield on my car replaced about a month ago. When I called around for price quotes, they were more competitive than other options. Also, I had initially been told by my dealership I would need to get a windshield that is compatible with a rain censor (which is more expensive). When I took my car to American Eagle they determined I didn’t actually have a rain sensor in my car, so they returned the first windshield and installed the proper one the next day. Don't usually do this but my son is home sick today with a fever, and American Eagle Auto Glass hooked me up, and made two stressful things - a sick kid and a car issue - both much less stressful today ❤️ On a drive up to Indy Saturday, something from the truck in front of us blew into the windshield and cracked it. I tried to get an appointment with them for later today so I wouldn't have to drag my son along or leave him alone. Instead, they came to me, no extra charge, fixed it in 10 minutes, and I didn't have to go past the parking lot. 10/10. Recommend. No notes.

Used the Bloomington office. 1. Did the work as promised for the price agreed upon for a windshield. 2. two weeks later someone broke out a side glass. They ordered the part that morning and had it there the same day. Install went well. I had some problems with the door latch and broken glass left after the install, but when I asked them about the latch they said bring it in. They just told me its ready to pick up (no charge) and they also cleared up the broken glass left behind. Very pleased.

So glad I chose these guys to replace the totalled windshield on my Jeep. Professional and friendly, I felt like they went out of their way to take care of me - the turnaround time was fast since I brought the vehicle to them, and they even offered me a free ride home! Quality above all impressed me, the new windshield is flawless perfection, i'd even say it was an upgrade from the original, and you can't beat their location. great work guys!

I was on a road trip when my passenger window got busted out. I called American Eagle Auto Glass in the late afternoon, and they got me in the next morning for a replacement. I was out in less than an hour. They did fantastic work. Everything works perfectly, no squeaks, no rattles and you would never know anything happened. They worked through my insurance (Geico) and the process was as seamless as could be.

Took my new car in worried I had a chip that needed repair on my front windshield, the mechanic took a look and said that it was nothing more then a superficial scratch not worth repairing and that I didn't need to worry about it cracking Could have easily scammed me and filled it anyway but they were honest with me, would recommend to anyone looking for glass repair.

I didn't end up actually getting my glass fixed here because the frame was bent. They were honest and upfront right away that they didn't think the glass would stick and hold. So they helped me locate a salvaged back hatch and get it installed at other shops. Super helpful. If I ever need auto glass repaired, I will come here. Highly recommended for excellent service.
