Bought a used Honda and it needed a new windshield to pass MD State Inspection due to a crack. I hired this company due to the positive reviews and was not disappointed. The customer service from the first call until the end of the job was professional, timely, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The job was reasonably priced and the outcome looks fantastic. I appreciated the attention to detail, the assurance of quality workmanship, and the effort to provide a quick turnaround on our need by offering a mobile service. Overall? I highly recommend!

The Mobile Techs “Reza and Robert” helped turn a catastrophic event into an exceptionally pleasant experience. I locked myself out of my car, then in an attempt to get the door unlocked I Cracked the front passenger door window. I needed the replacement done ASAP. The gentlemen that took my initial call did a fantastic job obtaining all the necessary information from me to ensure efficiency and accuracy. My techs Reza and Robert met me at an open, safe location and replaced the window in about 15 minutes. Afterward they did a wonderful job cleaning up all the debris. They had pheonomenal customer service and will be the first people I call if and when I’m in need of these services again.

The service could not have been any better than it was AND they were $100+ less than safelite and another local competitor. - Very courteous, easy to reach and make arrangements with - Came during the time slot the said they would - Vacuumed and cleaned all broken glass - Reviewed everything that was done and checked every function of the door and window (locks etc) before asking for payment - Were incredibly fast. - Were very nice guys. I would have given them a 5 star rating no matter what, but I cannot believe they were also so much less than everyone else. I will and would recommend them to anyone in the DMV.

I called Mobile Auto Glass repair on Saturday afternoon after my car had been broken into. They were able to come out on Monday and replace the window. They are a mobile service so they come right to you! I didn’t even need to be home. They just needed access to the key to be able to make sure the power functions of the window worked after they installed the window. They arrived in the window they said they would. They called 45 minutes ahead of time to say they were on the way. They texted me photos upon completion. They were very professional and efficient.

Local, family-owned business. Courteous, wonderful communication. Let me know when they were 30 minutes away, then arrived right on time. Removed my old windshield (pickup truck) and replaced it with the correct windshield in about 30 minutes. Very skilled and efficient. It was easy to pay and the price was $135 cheaper than the quote we got from the company recommended by our insurance. Professionalism and quality of work defines AGE. Ray and his teammate showed up on time and they were up on a flash with windshield replacement. When I said I have to drive to Virginia and from there to NC within couple of hours of windshield replacement, Ray took extra effort to advise on how to keep the glass safe while driving. Reza was straight to the point and he takes the time and explains throughly whats going down. The best part is other then the best price in town....they came the very next day. They are always booked but he can always squeeze you in. The finished work was in less than an hour. Very, very pleased!

My car got broken into yesterday, people broke my passenger back window! Such a mess and glass everywhere. I called these people and Anthony and Ray came out the next day where I work and fixed it right then and there, my co-workers and I were very impressed at the efficiency these two had.
