Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Not a happy customer, my original windshield was factory tinted, the replacement glass is not up to my standards, or what I paid for when we bought the car new! The thought of the glass not being tinted never enter my mind! I am not sure who made this decision if it's my insurance company or the glass company! I did not pay for cut rate, insurance, why do I have to settle for a cheaper glass that's not up to the original equipment! AGAIN I AM NOT HAPPY! Will never use this company again!

The appointment scheduling process for tinted windows was very confusing and could be updated for ease of use, but once the tech arrived it was super quick. Mike did a great job, was quick, cleaned the glass out of the inside of the car and the outside as well, was very friendly and explained everything very well!

Came recommended through Gerber Collision. Was able to have it done while at work, the tech was friendly and fast. Would recommend. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Terrible customer service. Asked about chip repair and was told they would need to replace my windshield without actually seeing the chip. Asked him why and he said I could email pictures. Emailed pictures and received no response. Called and asked for the same person and was told I couldn't be directed and if there was anything else they could do for me? Informed them of why I was asking for person and then got left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected.

The staff here are super friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and gave me some really helpful feedback. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the service I wanted because of time constraints. But they didn’t charge me for the consultation, which was great. Overall, I’d highly recommend them! I’d give them 11/10, and I’d also give them an extra 1 for their awesome attitude.

Did not inform me I wouldn't be receiving an original OEM Windshield replacement. Once I explained the Windshields appearance was not at all like the original, they told me they weren't required to tell me I wouldn't be getting original equipment manufactured glass. Soon after the glass surface starting to chip. Couldn't recommend this company.

Service was prompt, courteous and staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The glass repair service did not take as long as quoted for my bigger Honda suv which I truly appreciated. I have been here twice and they have done quality work each time, would highly recommend doing service here.

The glass installer was great, glass America was not. We agreed to an appointment time, without explaining to me that the mobile glass repair was subcontracted and they didn't necessarily follow that schedule. If not for the kindness of the installer returning to help I would have been stranded.

Setting up my appointment, connection for time of arrival on schedule day could not be more convenient and gratifying! The job took less than 15 minutes and I could barely tell where my chip was! Thank you Adam for adding to the quality of customer service!

Amazing service! Got me in next day and fixed the dent that my hood caused when it failed and smashed my windshield. They were cheaper than all the big box places, and a warm atmosphere. I felt like a friend than a faceless customer. 100% recommended!
