I don't know where to start. I was referred to Snappy Windshield to tint windows on my auxiliary building. Initially I thought it was a decent job until a few months later when the tint started to peel. I reached out to Doug (the owner) thinking I would get good customer service and the repairs would be forthcoming, but instead I was astonished at his lack of professionalism. Initially I was given a 6 month window of when he would come repair his poor workmanship and when I persistently told him that is not an acceptable range he used profane language and then hung up the phone. When I hired him initially he was cordial and I felt I was dealing with a professional company and a decent individual which later was discovered to be a false assumption. Doug is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever worked with and will turn on you the second you pay him. I urge you to stay away from him as he is not skilled in his trade and cannot accept when his work is of poor quality. I would be hard pressed to recommend this outfit to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!! I've not only known the people all my life, but know that all the bad recommendations made about this business are completely false. The owner Doug and hid crew will do anything to help you with any issues that may occur before or after your visit to the facility. If there is a bad rating, it's because the person didn't want to take the time to politely ask for the problem to be corrected. The receptionist is Brandy, she is always polite. The tinting is dan by the owners son and he always insures that you will have only the best service available. Par none, will you ever achieve the amount of years of business that they have with such un-biased attention as others have. If you believe what you read; then believe my rating over the rest, because I'm a huge critic of all businesses. THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE AWAY SATISFIED! Fast and friendly. 100% recommend!! A few weeks ago I busted my windshield trying to flick a bug off of my window and tapped it just right sending a huge crack down the center of the windshield on the driver side. Every company that I’ve reached out to quoted me 800+ due to me having to get my sensors recalibrated. This is the first company that I’ve found that didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to have my windshield replaced and recalibrated! Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and they get the work done well snappy majority of the companies that I’ve looked into estimated the job being 4 to 5 hours when they had the windshield replaced and recalibrated in an hour and some change. If you need a new windshield or window taken care of I’d definitely go with these guys!!

The owner is very unprofessional and has the WORST customer service. I had my pool house windows tinted, after a couple of weeks of it being done there were very large air bubbles. I had to contact the owner, who did the job, MULTIPLE times and he kept telling me that "he would get to it when he had time." I paid for a service and expect it to be done correctly. I feel like all he cares about is getting his money and once he gets it he no longer cares about the service that he did whether it was correct or not. I went by Snappy windshield in Southaven Ms. this afternoon to see if they could repair my cracked windshield. When I went in the lady said yes, (no hello or smile)and I asked if someone could look at it and tell me whether they could repair it or whether they would need to replace it. she said it would be 45 minutes before they could look it. It would have taken no more than two minutes for a technician to do so. I said I couldn't wait that long for someone to just look at it She said ok. Very unfriendly. I have used them before, but not again. I would leave 0 stars but it won't let me post if I don't leave a star.

I called today regarding getting a pack in my windshield repaired and the woman in the office was so rude to me in the phone and hung up on me before I got threw talking. Late that day I called back to speak with the guy who tints the windows and he got on the phone and said "your waiting to call at 3:00 " and then I said don't worry about it I'll go to someone else who appreciates my business. He just laughed and said ok. I have used snappy windshield for years and I'm so disappointed at the poor customer service I received today. I will never go back and wont reccomend them to anyone again!

I came in on 3/5 with my GMC Sierra to get my windshield replaced. When I picked my truck up, everything seemed fine. It wasn’t until later, when I picked up my grandkids that I noticed there glass shards on the dashboard and in the passenger side floor board as well as old rubber left everywhere. It seems like it wouldn’t take but a few seconds to clean all their trash out. That should be common procedure. There was plenty of time for this, as I dropped my truck off, instead of waiting. Exceptional service today is all I can say!! Had a 9:30am appointment to have a window regulator replaced; got there 10 mins early and they immediately took my car back. When I scheduled the appointment they told me it would take an hour to complete so was more than happy when they had me done by 10am...barely 30 minutes from start to finish!! The price I paid was very fair and teuly enjoyed talking with Brandy at front desk because she is a hoot. Highly recommend Snappy any time you need an auto glass repair!!

The lady was very rude with me. My windshield cracked on the way to southaven. So when i got there i started calling around. The price wasn’t that bad but the appt time didn’t work for me. I told her just that. I also told her i would try a few more places and see if they had earlier appointments, and if not i would call back. She immediately became rude. I found a place that was the same price with a later time frame, i went with them because they were polite. If u sont have manners, u shouldn’t answer the phone

My husband and I have always used Snappy for all our vehicles and even our company trucks - tint and cracked windshields. We have never had one problem with their work. They are extremely meticulous, professional and talented! Their prices are very fair and they do not try to rip you off. I will never go anywhere else and refer everyone to Snappy. Brandy, the receptionist, is so sweet and hilarious! She makes waiting fun!!
