My windshield was severely pitted and so hard to see through after years of commuting to Carson City for my job. I decided it was time to get it replaced and Glassify was highly recommended by a ton of people in a local moms Facebook group. Nothing against the corporate/bigger companies, but I prefer to support local business when I can as I am a local business owner as well, so I was delighted to find out there was a local company to utilize! And woman owned, even better! It was a great experience, amazing customer service, fast scheduling, and they worked with my insurance for all the financial aspects! Also so nice that they came to my home for the service and I could still drive my vehicle right after they were finished! You can’t go wrong by choosing Glassify! Olivia and Dan made the replacing of my windshield both effortless and painless on the wallet and my time. They were both extremely professional and personable, the response time from start to finish was quick too. They were quite careful with my car, leaving it cleaner than how they got it. The entire experience was effortless on my part as they came to me, which is quite convenient. The greatest part was that I’m supporting a local small business owner, who’s quite professional, and they’re less expensive. I am hoping to not need another windshield, but if I do, I’d only choose Glassify. I am SO HAPPY I found this place!! Other places were out more than a month and I'd have to drive to a shop and wait 3 or more hours with an infant and that was not going to work. I was SO happy that they would come to my house to replace my windshield! And they got me scheduled the next week! When Olivia and Dan came they were so welcoming and personable and did an AWESOME job on my car and took great care with it too and I was excited that they got me a top notch heat resistant windshield 🥰 I couldn't be more happier with this company, owners and employees. They kept up with communication thru the entire process and showed up early. LOVE YOU GUYS! Never change! You have my business even if I have to drive hours to get something fixed.

Stay away from this company! They do not guarantee or provide any warranty on the repair! My plastic trim clips were damaged during repair and issues only surfaced later on, when I was driving during high wind. My plastic trim broke off and flew away. When I reached out to get it covered they told me that it was not their fault. I guess " All labor in connection with the repair is guaranteed " doesn't really hold any weight ‍ Edit: To comment on the owner's response below: I did reach out before posting this review and was told that the damage was from old age and their warranty wouldn't cover it... On a 2019 40k miles car haahahah yeah right. Also windshield wasn't altered since repair.

On Monday 2/10/25, I tried to contact to receive a quote on a windshield replacement for a vehicle and there was no response at all. They state to allow 24 hrs for a response but still up until now I haven't heard a response back. Having seen this, I went ahead and contacted a different business. I contacted Brite Glass and they were willing to assist right away in getting me a quote and were also available to get me in the next day with the windshield on hand after the call which was amazing. Glassify is terrible and can't even respond to potential customers while Brite Glass knows that they can't afford to lose customers and delivers work flawlessly.

AMAZING!!! Olivia helped out with my car after I had my car broken into this winter, and she did an AMAZING job! She charged less than my insurance company, AND came out to my car, AND was able to fix it sooner than my insurance could get someone to me (literally the next day). We had some uplifting conversation while the service ws happening, and she continued to make sure I was staying warm and taken care of throughout. Everything was replaced, vacuumed, and quality checked in under 45 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough and have already started passing our business cards! Thank you Glassify!

I contacted Glassify after asking the service department at my local Volvo dealership who they reccomend to work on windshields, was told to contact Olivia at Glassify. I called her, she provided an estimate to my insurance company and was very helpful in getting me an OEM windshield. Made an appointment, Olivia was already there at the appointed time, came back an hour later and the work was done, it looked like it was done at the factory, in addition, Olivia wiped down the entire outside of the car so it was clean when I picked it up. Highly recomend using Glassify for your windshield needs.

I will just have to add my 10-⭐ rating to the hundreds of others out here. I have nothing to say but awesome praise and will tell everyone forever to use this company. Olivia was amazing and I know I got not only the best service and warranty, but also the best price. I could not be happier! Olivia went above and beyond to help replace our vandalized car window from SF. We were staying in So Lake Tahoe and wanted same day service so we could move on and enjoy our vacation. We met in Reno and she made time to schedule us into her day! Closer auto glass replacement companies quoted near the same rate, but couldn't get the window for our older vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Her team is professional, clean, and performed a quality installation. She was very accommodating and great at communicating via phone calls and text. Thank you! One satisfied customer!

Glassify was phenomenal and everything I could have expected in a mobile business. They texted me when they were about an hour out and kept me updated and then when they arrived. Their service was quick and professional and they even spent extra time tucking in my headliner that was coming down and zip tying a previously broken cowling under my hood.
