Excellent experience working with JDAL! I called for a quote on Monday morning, and Hilmer got back to me that same morning. I was able to get my windshield replaced within 2 days. The price was good compared to others (I got a couple of other quotes beforehand, and this was the best price). I was told that the installation would take place between 9-10am. Hilmer and team got the job done by 9:20am, which was great! I also really love that this is a mobile service. This saved me having to pay for an Uber and going through the headache of dropping off and picking up my car from the shop. I called JDAL and they were very fast in answering the phone. I called multiple places before them and they quoted me less than other places & yet still did an amazing job. They offered me same day appointment and also came to my home! They were very kind and patient and professional with me. I had a crack on my 2017 Honda Civic and they were able to replace it within the next day. I am very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. They finished the job less than a hour. I broke the rear window on my pickup the day before I was traveling on vacation for memorial day weekend. I called the morning that I was leaving and they had the window I needed, came to my house to install it 4 hours later and we were able to enjoy our holiday. Was very pleased with JDAL Mobile Auto Glass!!! They were right on time, if not a few minutes early!! Hilmer was our contact, very kind, friendly and helpful. 10/10 quality, service and quickness. The rear window to our new truck broke while on vacation in another state. Insurance approved repairs would take weeks to do. We could not wait that long to have the repair done so we called these guys on our way back home and they were able to order the part and make the repair next day. Great communication and work. Great communication. They do a great job and if there is a problem they fix it. I had my windshield replaced they did a great job but then i noticed a bunch of wind noise. They came out quickly and even though there was no visible problem they redid it anyways. They raised it slightly and the wind problem went away. Id highly recommend them
