City Auto Glass

Very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment with them on February 27, 2024 to come out on March 6 2024. I sent them everything that they had asked me for and they never showed up no call no show thought maybe they just got really busy. I called back march 25 reschedule an appointment no call no show talk to them April 1, 2024 they have called me wanting to reschedule again. I asked them if they’re going to make this right in someway shape or form since they have not been able to get to me for a month and made excuses they would not make the situation right. Well unfortunately I had to find a new vendor. Very poor customer service on management side The young lady that answers the phone does a very good job.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment for window tint. The appointment was made for Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. On Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. they are calling me to tell me they can't get my car in at this time. Now, I'm sure they knew this before closing time on Thursday. It could have saved my ride a 30 minute drive and at least $5 worth of gas. But no, they call one hour before my appointment. I was dropping the car off at 9:30 because I had a Dr. appnt. at 10:00. We were already on our way there when they called to cancel. Thank you so much for your consideration. Maybe Our other choice will get the job done as scheduled.

STOP looking for an auto glass place, because THIS PLACE is IT! Seamless FAST transaction, very nice people, less costly than 3 other places I called and asked about prices...... What more could you want?? I drove 180 miles to get my glass done here for $50 less than the least of 3 other prices, and they did it in a tad over 2 hours. I couldnt be happier with getting my windshield replaced. Just give them your business.

Very disappointed. Had a windshield chip and they did a very poor job repairing it. I had this done somewhere else previously and they drilled it out and the repair was invisible. This time, CAG did not drill it out, the crack was not completely filled and the resin was a different color. I asked them about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Not using them again.

I highly recommend this business! I’m so pleased! They replaced a broken window on my house today. I did have to wait a bit for an estimate but when the nice lady called me to let me know the cost, I literally paid for it and and hour and half took my son home from school and it was already completed! Great prices too! I will definitely use them for the future. Thank you!

I called multiple shops and they had the best price for my windshield. Got me in fast and gave me the price before I made the appointment. Drop off was super simple and when I picked up my car they had done a fantastic job. They even cleaned my floorboards and dash. My car looked brand new! Wonderful service and the nicest people!!

Even though my car is an old model, they were able to get it in the next day at a reasonable price. I paid what they quoted, it took the amount of time quoted, and the results were spectacular. They even handled a couple of cosmetic details they didn't need to. A+ quality and service. Highly recommend.

Very nice office staff, very helpful and friendly. Seemed like a family oriented business dedicated to giving the best service possible. The work was fast, had it done in an hour, they even cleaned off my dash lol ( it was very dusty) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The secretary is VERY RUDE. Customer service is key to any business. Situations arise but employees must know how to behave at work. Will definitely not be returning here in the future for any work. I rather go out of town if I need glasswork done.

Came here several times already and keep getting the same result of the windshield not being sealed properly and having water get inside my truck and damaging my radio and electronics as the water seeps into the dashboard during rain.
