Hobbs/Art Auto Glass at 105 East Main was contracted to replace a shattered rear window due to a hail storm on my Oldsmobile Alero. When I picked it up the first time, the window wasn’t installed all the way around, and the trim was missing. The second time, the window was installed securely; however, the trim wasn’t. I drove slowly around the corner, and it blew off. I put it in the trunk and discovered one of my cleaning cloths was also missing. I can’t comfortably use this company’s services again or refer them to others for auto glass installation. They’ve made an already stressful situation more stressful, the work is still incomplete, and it has to be fixed by someone else even though I already paid them cash. Update: I got a second opinion from another glass shop, who confirmed the window was installed incorrectly and recommended I ask them to make it right. After two months and four attempts, the technician finally installed the rear window and trim correctly. Excuses included his boys installed it, they were short on supplies, my car was old (it is well cared for), and my car did not have trim (it did have trim).

Scheduled an appointment over a week ago and came and no one was here and they won’t answer there phone. I was willing to pay extra because I needed it by today. What a waste of time money and energy.

had my windshield knocked out. called them and took my truck. they had it fixed same afternoon, very professional and did a great job

I got my windshield replacement they were very nice in two hours had my car ready and they were very cheap as well did a great job.

this place looks a little sketchy at first but they a great job and was done replacing my window pretty quick
