EZ-PZ Auto Glass

This is the only company to call if you need your car glass replaced. They are the best in Charlotte and no one is beating their price and service. The glass to my Kia Telluride hatch got broken Saturday evening and these guys returned my call in 2 minutes. They schedule me for an appointment at 9 AM Monday morning and the driver showed up at 8:30. The technician was fast and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

OMG!!! These guys are the real deal. I contacted the company the dealer uses “American Glass Professionals”. From getting a quote, pricing and communication was a nightmare. Finally after calling back to get the quote it was more than1/3 higher than EZ glass. Almost $1000!!! But get this they price match, so I called them back and told them EZ’s price and here is what they said. “ I suggest you go with them, that’s a great price” “oh and by they way, GOOD LUCK”. You know what, it was the best decision! I want to thank EZ-PZ auto glass for being honest and fair with your pricing, your professionalism, attention to details and most importantly respectful of our time. I totally recommend these professionals and are the only ones I will use for my fleet of trucks!

I sent a message to EZ-PZ Auto Glass for a quote on my front windshield and was called within minutes! They were very professional and easy to talk to. Most importantly, they’re the cheapest compared to other companies! Big shout out to the Auto Glass Technician Ty! His scheduled arrival time was between 1pm and 3pm. Ty called me at 1:15 immediately informing me he had picked up my windshield and was ready to be in route. Ty was professional, kind, and attentive to any questions I had. He did an awesome job! That man deserves a raise! Thank You EZ-PZ Auto Glass!

Shoutout to Carlos and David!!!! When my car was broken into along with many of my neighbors, Carlos was fixing my neighbors windows the same day. He asked if I was getting my windows fixed and I let him know that Geico wasn’t sending someone out until almost a week later!! He was amazing and told me to let Geico know I wanted to work with EZ PZ and they’d be able to be here in two days. I was SO grateful he let me know so I didn’t have to wait. David came out Monday morning and was so kind and fixed my windows so quickly!!! Great people!

Was referred to this company by a coworker. Called and spoke to David about a quote on a windshield for my 22 f150. They offered a very fair price which included the reprogramming of the computer due to front camera. This was an absurdly priced charge from safelite that they didn't disclose up front until I asked. I booked with David and the EZPZ team sent out Ty to perform the work. Work went flawless. Very professional and texted prior to arrival. Highly recommend.

I had to add to the outstanding service already being praised—these guys are truly amazing! After shopping around, I found their prices to be very reasonable. Carlos and David took great care of me this morning !! I have my car broken into this morning front driver side was shattered and it was fixed by lunch time. Give these guys a few more months and clients, I promise you they’re going to take over the Charlotte area and more !! Thanks for everything !!! 10/10 would give them more stars if possible !! Finished the job less than a hour !

Carlos was awesome! My initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather and he was able to squeeze me in the same week to get my replacement. They were super accommodating and I knew I was in good hands! Not to mention their quote was $500 less than a major chain and the quality of work was just as good, if not better. Highly recommend!

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! I was told that no one could come to me because my car would need to be calibrated but these guys saved me on that one! Don’t let anyone tell you that you have to come into a shop to have your window replaced!!! Give them a call!! Such an easy setup & experience!! EZ-PZ you guys are the best!!

Unfortunately, our car was broken into while on vacation in the area. We called Ez-Pz and they had a tech out to us and on the job in an hour. Carlos, the tech was very empathetic and helpful. He did a great job- even vacuumed up the broken glass! It was a great experience and I appreciate them coming to the rescue!
