Best customer service I’ve dealt with since my 37 years living safelite came out and said they wasn’t going to be able to do it totally wasted my time even after I sent them pics I got in contact with galaxy auto glass sent Mr. Cody pics and videos he said it’s a easy fix AND MAN HE KEPT HIS WORD got to my appointment on time and actually got there before he was scheduled to did the best job very reliable and trustworthy I wasn’t there left my card and keys in my car while I was at work and he made it happen GALAXY GLASS AUTO AND CODY ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN NO DEBATE GOD BLESS CODY HANDS AMEN !!!!!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE! Several cars got broken into in my neighborhood last night, which is stressful enough without having to worry about fixing your car. Cody with Galaxy was out here within an hour of me calling and had my window fixed within an hour after that. I couldn’t believe the fast service. And he was very pleasant to work with! BIGGEST POSITIVE however, was that it was literally less than half the price of what Safelite quoted me. I could not recommend him and Galaxy enough!

10/10 definitely recommend! I recently had my mother and my own windshield replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. They scheduled our appointments promptly and provided us with clear information about the process. They make it convenient for you by coming to your location. The technician worked efficiently and completed the replacements faster than we expected. The new windshields looks perfect!! I haven’t had any issues since the replacement. Highly recommend!!!

I had my window broken out in Atlanta. Came back to Charlotte and needed to get my window fixed so that I could leave and head home for family reasons. I called Galaxy Auto Glass and this was the most amazing experience. He was so quick, kind and thorough! He really turned a truly bad experience around for me! I hope that I never have to go through this again, but I will always use Galaxy Auto Glass!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 100/10 recommend!!

I can’t recommend this Galaxy autoglass enough! My car was broken into overnight, and both of my front windows were shattered. I called them first thing in the morning, and within two hours, they were at my apartment ready to fix it—in under 2 hours. The service was fast, professional, and a great price compared to all others in the area. They made a stressful situation so much easier and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

Cody was very accommodating and responsive. I shopped around for different prices and he was the best and was out first thing the next morning and replaced my cracked windshield quickly. He even went out of his way to get a better quality windshield after noticing the one he was going to use had a small scratch on it. Highly recommend Galaxy glass for replacing your windshield.
