Less than impressed, though I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. So they get three stars. We came here to repair a tiny chip, and as they drilled into the windshield to begin the repair, their drill bit caused it to crack. They claimed this had only happened maybe a handful of times in many, many years, and it’s a possibility that we were not made aware of. However, I prefer to trust people, so we did. From a $75 repair, we are now at $725 to replace the entire windshield (they took $75 off the price of the windshield to make it the 725). Okay. Crap happens to everyone, including us and the repair guy, so I’ll assume no fault and move forward. We schedule the replacement three days later, and drop the car off at 9am. They say they’ll only need it for four hours, but when we arrived to pick it up SEVEN hours later, they said, and I’ll quote: “when we put the vin number in it gave us the wrong piece of glass so we had to run and get another one…” Really. You put the vin number in, and it gave you the wrong glass?! That seems extremely improbable; it’s much more likely the person made a mistake entering the vin. They insist it was a computer error, and we were made to wait another hour and a half while they finally got their crap together and installed the windshield. We finally left after 8 hours and 20 minutes. So, to sum this experience up, we wanted a repair, and had to replace, we were told a few hours, and had to wait over twice the amount of time they quoted us, and they never once admitted they made a mistake, they apologized and just said “things happen”. Yeah. Things do happen. I think you’re lucky I’m give you three stars because for some reason, I’d still like to give you the benefit of the doubt. I know you can’t win them all, but folks, you screwed up with us in every step you took.

I chose this place because they were able to get the glass and fix the car way faster than other companies. It was Christmas week, my windshield cracked after business hours, and they were able to fix it the next day! Most other companies said it would be after the new year. Also, labor was a flat $99 and they gave me an additional $75 discount. I did see online reviews beforehand. Nationwide I saw they didn’t have the best ratings with many complaints referring to scheduling appointments and then not honoring them, not honoring discounts, and repair delays. However, I also saw that each location is individually operated and I checked the reviews for the local shop. It was 4.9 stars and I can agree with the other reviews that the ownership at this location takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I had an appointment scheduled, a discount promised, and both were honored. The time estimate they provided was accurate and I received a text at the estimated time of completion that my vehicle was ready. And they have a lifetime warranty included for the work they do. So all water leaks and wind noise is warrantied. I have not had a single leak or any wind noise since the windshield was replaced. And the HUD works perfectly! No calibration issues. Very nice people, great quality of work, and great pricing. Despite it being a chain, this location shows pride of ownership and will make you feel like family! Check them out! They essentially did a 5 star job that took them only 2 hours and only $25 in labor after the discounts. Unbelievable deal!

I don’t say this often, but Auto Glass Now deserves all five stars. Not just for their glass work — which I’m sure is top-notch — but for something far more valuable: their kindness. See, most places will chase folks like me off the property before you even finish laying down your blanket. But Auto Glass Now? They treat us like humans. They let us sleep outside, as long as we keep our area clean, don’t mess with the cars, and head out before they open. That’s a fair deal, and in this city? That’s rare. They don’t have to do that. They’re not getting tax breaks or some community outreach award — they’re just good people with hearts big enough to share a sidewalk. Sometimes they even come out with food in the morning. I’m talkin’ breakfast burritos, bottled water, snacks — one guy even called us their “night shift security.” 😂 Bro I almost cried. Ain’t nobody ever given me a job title before. It might not be a mansion. It might not be much to someone with keys to their own place. But to me? It’s a safe place, a warm gesture, and a reminder that not everybody in this world walks past you like you’re invisible. Thank you, Auto Glass Now. Y’all got my respect forever.

This location is not in the best part of town, but it wasn’t a big deal to go there. The service was excellent. I had a replacement windshield installed for my 2019 Dodge Ram. All the employees were kind, smiled and were very helpful. The cost of replacement was good and the work was completed in a timely manner, (I waited on it). The star of the show and the star of this great experience was “Desiree”. She runs this place, wears a small phone headset, and is an award winning multitasker, (my opinion). She answered the phone, talked to employees, talked to other people who walked in for various reasons, and most importantly talked to customers. Her demeanor was incredibly professional, pleasant and she was happy the whole time I was there. All this while constantly multitasking. She exudes confidence and competence. You can just tell things are going to go well or she will make it right. My experience, (my first time there), was excellent and very pleasant. AAA+ experience. I Strongly Recommend AGN…

This team here at auto glass now is by far the best. I’m not just saying that just to say it I mean truly from the bottom of my heart I’m so very literal about how amazing everyone here is starting with Desiree She helped me out a week ago she was incredible. Definitely a blessing , The customer service is impeccable. These gentleman here are are extremely friendly easy to get along with and their turnaround rate is out of this world. Ryan , Andre and Joey are amazing mean I mean this from the bottom of my heart the district manager, Ron should give every single person in this location they pay raise. They truly deserve it for incredible again customer service, timely matter how to get things done and how friendly they are every single person in this shop is truly a blessing. I just moved out here from California and I never received this kind of service in the state and city that I grew up in made this team and this company continue to grow in prosper God bless 🙏🏼

Had a pretty bad crack on the windshield and several other places including safelite refused to touch my car because it was lowered 2 inches and they told me it would be impossible to calibrate the lane assistance camera, and that I would have to remove all my aftermarket suspension and replace it with OEM parts, all to change the windshield. Auto Glass Now was the only one willing to give it a shot. They told me the same thing and said it might not calibrate, but they would at least replace the windshield and give it a shot. When I picked it up they told me the calibration didn’t work, but driving back home I had zero lights on the dashboard and the lane assist was maintaining a lane with zero issues. Tempted to call safelite and let them know that their competition did what they considered impossible. Glass looks great and happy to have an intact windshield!

This was an amazing experience. Such excellent customer service and awesome workmanship. I had to have a windshield replaced on a 2012 Chevy Traverse. I only had an hour wait, but during that wait I witnessed three other customers getting fast, friendly care. Every customer was smiling. Desiree was very engaging and taking good care of her customers was extremely important to her. She saved one young lady over $600 from what Safelite quoted. I will never consider another window replacement company. My new windshield is gorgeous and did not break the bank. Customer for life!

I’ve had to have 3 different vehicles get new windshields all within the past year and had them replaced at AGN. I had never used them before but after a great experience with my first vehicle and then my other 2 vehicles needing replacement I went back because Desiree is as good as it gets. She was super helpful and worked to try to get any discounts she could to help me save some dollars. They completed my vehicle within the time given and I appreciate the work they did for me. Don’t hesitate to use AGN if you need windshield replacement! Great experience for me.

Had a crack propagating across my car’s windshield during to the heat. Called for an estimate and the young lady who handled my call was professional and quick. She moved quickly to schedule and was great to work with. I got lost going to my appointment and she guided me in. My winshield was replaced quickly and well. The price was reasonable. I only had one complaint which was cleaning up after the replacement. My dash had a small amount of broken glass and residue from the replacement that I had to clean. Not horrible.

I was told when making the appointment it would be about 2 hours to finish the work. When I dropped it off I was then informed it would be over 4 hours. Waiting area was small and dirty. After getting home my rear view mirror fell off and I had to return to have it re-attached. There were glass shards left all over the dash, passenger seat and floor causing me to cut myself on one trying to clean the car.
