Kaizen Auto Glass

A small rock chip ignored for a day or two turned into a full blown crack across the windshield while stuck in traffic. I shopped around and requested a few quotes from shops and the thing about Kaizen that stood out to me was the friendly, very prompt service. I asked 3 shops for a quote early in the morning and Kaizen (John) responded back within minutes and we discussed several options and scheduling that would fit into our schedule. Our working hours conflict with his business hours, but John was extremely accommodating which I was pleased about. It shows you the extra mile these guys go for their customers. Even though 1 of the 3 shops I reached out to quoted me a little less, I went with Kaizen because of this. I brought the car in, dropped it off around 3PM and came back 2 hours later (after they had closed) and it was ready for us to take home. I'm sure it was done long before that, but the fact that they waited for me shows their customer service. Service was straight forward, friendly and prompt with reasonable/competitive prices. I would recommend these guys if you need auto glass repairs of any sort. Thanks again, John and team, for working with our schedules and getting us in quickly. It is much appreciated!

Visited Kaizen Autoglass Thursday 2/11/2021. I scheduled an appointment for in the shop (appointment time 9:30am) on Monday 2/8/2021. I arrived early to my appointment today at 9am. Danny came out took photos of my vin, license plate and the chip in my windshield. I have a 2007 Honda CR-V. At 9:05am he took my keys and worked his magic in the back of the shop. I waited in the waiting room ( netflix on tv, assortment of refreshments; multiple types of tea, coffee, hot and cold water.). Waiting room has beautiful artwork a black modern sofa w/ two chairs and coffee table. Bathroom was clean. Paint and art in front of house is beautiful. Danny came back in at 9:25am. Repair looks awesome (only a small blemish on windshield). Danny takes payment through his phone. It was $65. If you have multiple chips to fix in the same visit, the first is $65 and every one after is $15. I also inquired about replacing my windshield as the glass is warped or something, Danny quoted $200 to $300. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Danny for the great service! No handicap parking available, nor handicap accessible in front of the shop, not sure about the rest of the building.

Working with Danny from Kaizen Auto Glass Repair is someone who met all my expectations. He’s someone who can install a windshield in his sleep blindfolded! He’s like a surgeon with a scalpel! When he finally had my windshield removed, not one scratch, or gouge could be observed in the windshield pillar. Danny is friendly as stated in the reviews, and business oriented by being on time and working to his customers schedule. Danny is honest, I showed him a bad rock chip with a vertical crack about 3/4” long on my Toyota Tacoma. He recommended that I leave it be and not repair it stating the crack will spread because you have to drill into it to inject the epoxy. He’s right, I had this happen on my Toyota Celica. Unlike his competitor the commercialized Mickey D’s of windshield replacement down the street, who stated that this crack can be repaired. Yes, I’ve had more than one bad experience with them! In summary, Danny is experienced, honest, and friendly. He might be a little more expensive, but he is on par with his competitors. You get what you pay for. Thanks, Bob

I am very thankful for Kaizen Auto Glass for their auto windshield repair and their positive customer service! A rock kicked up by a vehicle hit my windshield leaving a small crack on the passenger side - about the diameter of a nickel. I wanted to get it repaired before the crack spread. Kaizen repaired the crack and cured the area to protect it from UV within less than a half hour. They had a nice little wait area for me while they did the repair. Coincidentally, the next week another rock kicked up by a vehicle ahead of me again and left two small cracks on the windshield - this time about the diameter of a quarter on the driver's side. Very professional! I got in for an appt quickly and everyone in the office was attentive and nice. When the after market glass didn’t fit, they ordered OEM and were nice enough to leave the after market glass in so I could use my car. Although I was initially skeptical to use the texting method for my original contact with the company, it worked out great as Danny was very quick to respond and continued to update me when he needed to. I’d definitely use Kaizen again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs professional service. These guys know what they’re doing. The waiting area is clean and equipped with a big screen tv as well as complimentary drinks. You can’t go wrong with Kaizen! Thank you Danny!

WOW! This was my first time ever getting a windshield replaced, so I had some trepidations about what to expect especially see competing businesses prices and reviews. This business/ staff completely exceeded my hopes! Very honest, informative, excellent work ethic. My dash and instrument panel were cleaned and armor all treated. The windshield was flawless- no glue globs or any other mess and it looked installed as if by magic! The price was excellent compared to other sites and it was fast and efficient. The waiting room was comfortable and offered snacks and beverages. I’m already telling friends and family- if you need windshield repairs or replacement— THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO! I couldn’t be happier! 😁

I must say I was a little apprehensive when I called, had to leave a message and then Danny sent me a message on my phone to set up the appointment. However, I must say they have a system and it is amazing. There were weather issues the day of my appointment, messages back and forth with Danny, and when it looked like things were not going to work he rescheduled me for the following day. The people there are kind, attentive, and very focus driven. Great waiting room if you choose to wait for your vehicle. They get the job done, they are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. There’s a little unknown secret that many people don’t know about this company. Not only do they provide windshield repair/replacement, but they also provide mechanical services. I was looking online to get pricing to upgrading my disc brakes on my truck and was pleasantly surprised to find this company. When I spoke with John, he was very thorough and thoughtful with the specific parts that I wanted installed. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other shops who quoted a much higher price. The quality and workmanship were outstanding! If you’re looking to have your windshield repair/replaced, you may want to also check with them for maintenance repairs. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Danny and his co-worker came out on 8/25 and replaced the windshield on my 2012 Jetta. They arrived within the 1-hour timeframe I was given and were professional. Their communication was good from the time of my quote request through completion of the work. Their price was about $20 cheaper than MS Glass and Safelite. The process took about 70 minutes. The final product looks good. I will wait a week and take it through a car wash to stress test the install work. My only comment is it would be nice if their service vehicle had logos on it. Overall, I would recommend Kaizen for auto glass replacement and will use them in the future if I need another windshield replaced.

Kaizen Auto Glass Repair provides excellent service. We experienced a devastating spontaneous shattering of rear windshield, just before leaving for vacation. My car was not drivable. I submitted a claim before leaving for vacation selecting Kaizen as the repair shop. Danny texted me promptly got the glass ordered immediately and was able to schedule repair for the next business day after returning from vacation. Their work was excellent best of all I didn't lose any time not having a working vehicle. They did such a great job with my rear windshield that I also had them replace my front windshield today! I'd highly recommend this business for all your autoglass needs.
