Auto Glass Now

On 4/12/21 I called auto safe to make an appt for me the next morning at 9 am for them to put my driver side window back on the tracks. I came to my appt the next day 30 minutes early and they said that it was going to be an hour before they can get my car in, which didn't make any sense because i have an appt. So i told the lady to call me when my car was ready 4 hours later, still no call received. I then proceeded to take my car back up there and left it, 5 hours later i go up there to see if my car was done and it still wasn't ready until their closing time at 6 pm. They are very unorganized when it comes to appt, like dont have someone make an apt if you aren't going to take them till after that appt time. one month later... On 5/13/21 I roll my window up and it came off the tracks again so i take my car up there at 11:30 am and I don't get a call saying its ready until 4 pm. I go there the next day to pick it up and when i get home i see that my door isn't on all the way and that when i go to unlock my car it doesn't make the beep noise it made to let it be known that the alarm is off on my car and when i go to lock it my car alarm isn't on anymore so they broke that also but they said it was a mechanical problem. Also I cant unlock my car doors from the outside anymore, i have to unlock my 1 door then get inside and then unlock the other doors. When i brought it to the guys attention when i brought it back, he tried to say that he had no part of my car doing that like someone else did something to my car when they had my car all night, so somebody must've did it cause it worked perfectly fine before giving it to them. He worked on the wiring in my window then said that this one part of my car was broken when a year ago before i got my car my dad bought as brand new piece for it so i don't understand how all of a sudden it's broken. We will not use Autoglass again. Ever. My time window on Monday was 12 pm-5 pm. The technician came at 5:00 but the windshield on his truck had a scratch on it so he couldn’t put it on my car. Not his fault. I received a text the following morning at 8:30 on my way to work that said “10:00 am-12:00 pm ETA” I had to call to say I couldn’t be home at that time as I was given no notice that my return appointment was that day. The appointment was made for Friday. Friday morning at 10:45 I received a call from a technician that he thought he’d be there between 2:00-3:00, but he may be there before 2:00 or it could be after 3:00. So I sit at home and wait. Again. He came a little before 2:00. And the windshield on HIS truck had a scratch on it! He left to do another job and said he would try to get back to the shop and pick up another windshield and come back to replace mine that day. I called the shop and spoke with the manager who told me that he had put in lots of windshields that week and none of them had scratches on them. Well good for you, but it’s happened to us twice in the same week. He said he would bring a clean windshield and meet the technician with it. Thank you. After waiting at home all day on Friday, our windshield was replaced by 5:00.

Auto Glass Now was the first glass company to answer my phone call with a live person. I spoke with Jack and listened to me and worked diligently to meet my need. I had grown frustrated with the preferred company of my insurance company so decided to search elsewhere. My experience with this company has been a high five from the initial call to the techs who put in my jeep windshield. Very professional and excellent time management skills. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

They were very kind helpful detail love this place very honest people if you have a problem they will tell you come back to check them out I went to the Greenville car wash. They broke my glass. The manager wouldn’t pay for it Long story I pay for myself reasonable stop by you won’t regret it if I had to do all over again, Aaliyah by the way, Lola’s role call White shattered my back window. They would not pay Ford I I have a picture but I can’t find it right now, but this is the results. Pray the Lord I can’t see.

Local shop manager Greenville SC 5 stars for helpful attitude while addressing warranty repair of windshield. 0 stars for corporate scheduler (called local # from warranty documentation) for telling me I had an appointment the next day, but never getting it on the local shop schedule - this happened to 2 other customers the day I came in! Inexcusable! Local shop manager squeezed my repair in the same day. First windshield replacement lasted 4 months before leaking. We will see how long repairs last

Excellent customer service! I called needing a passenger window which had been shattered and they were able to get me in the next morning! Service took about two hours total. Majority of the glass was cleaned up but unfortunately there is still some glass stuck in the door (which I expected). Price wise they were extremely reasonable compared to other local shops. I appreciate this greatly, and did not feel like I was being price gouged. Overall very pleased with their service and the shop itself.

Company was quick to order glass and have me scheduled, too long due to insurance needing to verify. The actual technician was cool and prompt but after I left I guess he didn’t care as much because he left a lot of broken glass and marks and residue all over my car and didn’t even put things back together. Good with getting me in asap. In an out in a hour. The bad experience I have is the big glass all over my back seat an scratches on the roof of my car an the windshield has a bad glare on it makes it looks like a cars bumper behind me is closer to me then the car acutely is. Will post pictures of the glass in my back seat and the scratches on the roof of my car. Just irritated at this point an very unpleased. Would not recommend to any one.

My car window was shattered on a Friday night. After shopping around, i found that AutoGlassNow could order the part and get the window installed quicker than the other vendors that I spoke with (I called 5 vendors). The scheduling process was quick and easy, and the installer did a great job (extremely polite, knowledgeable, and took great care to do it correctly and leave everything clean). I was very pleased with the entire process!
