They were so great to me. I was so nervous that my chip in the windshield grew overnight. They called me right after I submitted on the website. The person on the phone walked through the entire process with me which I appreciated. They were great and told me a window of time they’d come by to my home. This place SAVED MY LIFE! My car was broken into and I was robbed right on Kirby Drive in broad daylight! Nobody else had my window glass in stock and it was for a Toyota Camry, nothing rare out exotic. Safelite was going to charge nearly double this place and said they could get the glass ordered in about 10 days. "A Good Auto Glass" welcomed us as walk-ins an hour before they closed, got everything fixed and cleaned up the shattered glass, and gave me a great price! Kevin was punctual and accommodated me by coming to me in his mobile van to fix my chipped glass at a specified appointment time. He showed up on time ready to go to work at 6:30 a.m., set up and went to work. Now I cannot even hardly see the chip! Once I set the appointment with Kevin, my insurance company sent him the approved work order and the whole process went smoothly without a hitch. I could not be more pleased. Very bad day turned out OK. Back window with defogger and wiper, weatherstripping and emblem all shattered. Called dealership first but told I had to drop it off for estimate and it would take 1 week to get parts. No thanks. Kevin answered phone, looked at my texted photos, and called me back to tell me they could do the job. Within 30 minutes, Renee and Alonso were on site- took over 1 hour but they did an excellent job. Obviously know what they’re doing. Required nothing from me. I won’t complain about the price because I was desperate. Highly recommend!

Honest and customer oriented!!! very professional by telling me that the windshield the technician picked was a lower quality and the company will come back to my house with the better quality glass. The next day they showed up promptly with the same quality and spec as dealer glass for my highlander without charging me any extra $$$$. Again, thank you for your honesty and good workmanship. Manuel came and fixed my window today and was absolutely amazing! A pin in my back passenger door was pulled out of place from the other window being fixed months back and he quickly fixed the screw for me and now my door works! I haven’t used the door in months because I’ve been trying to fix it myself. He was kind and quick and even helped me clean up glass. Manuel went above and beyond fixing my back window.
