I needed my front windshield repaired quick. I called my insurance company; State Farm, they connected me to a vendor of my choice. I wanted mobile and they gave me a list of places near me and i selected Safelite. State Farm Windshield Claims did a warm transfer to the office of Safelite, we scheduled it. Couple days later i get a courtesy call from the installer and next thing you know, his appointment before me cancelled and came by, and gave me the break down and timeframe it'll take to replace my windshield. I had something hanging from the rear view mirror and he even put that back on. It was fast and i listened to his instructions and did not use the windshield or was the car for more then 24-48 hours. He was awesome, friendly and professionally fast work. I highly recommended Safelite to a coworker that also needs their windshield replace. I have a deductible, so my $$ is coming back to me on my claim through State Farm. Easy process.

I'm giving two stars because the I have had work done by them before, and the service for the price is fair. BUT the scheduling is only controlled and maintained by online and robo_phone operators. I made a appointment on Monday to have service done Friday between 8am-12pm. After moving my day around to accommodate, they changed my window to 12pm-5pm on day of service. Tech told me there was nothing he could do and instructed me to cancel the appointment myself. I couldn't reach an operator via phone and tried chatting with someone online, but all they could offer is trying a different day of service. I canceled after trying to resolve the situation to no avail, and have a appointment with a different glass company. They do not respect people's time or honor time-frames you schedule if they get busy. And you will not be informed until day of service about the change in scheduling. To use this service you might need to block your day from 8am-5pm.

I made an appt for on site windshield repair. 2 days before the appointment I get a text saying that I was responsible for providing covering 5 feet on all side of the car, and 7 feet in height in case it rained. I called, (chatted) they said I should re-schedule because the forecast was bad. I tried to reschedule but their website showed no appointments available. I chatted again, They rescheduled me for the next week, and never said a word about changing me to an in shop appointment. I didnt know until I got an email from them. I called again - They have no one to do on site appointments anymore. Turns out the weather was fine that day. If they supplied the proper equipment for their tech to work in the rain in Western Washington they would have done my windshield. Instead I went to Speedyglass and got excellent service, installed next day. Safelite did refund my money promptly.

I recently had my windshield replaced here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The technician Jared who worked on my windshield was so kind and took great care of my vehicle. The replacement was done quickly, and everything was handled with precision. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. He even cleaned up the interior of my car, leaving it looking better than I left it! I highly recommend the Auburn location for anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement. Professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused—these guys go above and beyond and I’m so thankful!

Kelsey from Auburn Safelite was very helpful when she called me to confirm my appointment. My technician Brandon was great. He called me with an ETA when he was 30 minutes away from my house. I was worried that I didn’t have enough space around the car to make it easy for Brandon to do his job. But he reassured me that he had plenty of room. He estimated it would only take 1 - 1.5 hours to complete the job, including the recalibration, and he was right! Brandon is a friendly, polite, and socially aware young man. He is also confident and has a “can do” attitude. I recommend the Auburn Washington Safelite for any auto-glass replacement. Thanks Safelite for the wonderful service experience.

DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I had them replace two windows on my car, one of the windows didn’t work properly so they ordered a new one that also didn’t work. In the process of replacing the windows they damaged my door panels. Once I brought that to their attention they told me I had to wait for upper management to come up with a solution mind you they have pictures of my car without damage. It has been about THREE months and I still have not heard anything from them. The front window still doesn’t go up properly, their solution was to take the windows back and leave my car without windows. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Overall a good experience and happy with service. Had a break-in attempt on our car while traveling so we had our two dogs with us and it was rainging, making a rather long wait seem longer. The 10 am appointment got moved to 11 which we saw minutes before we arrived. Then still had something like 2 and a half hours before completion. That is not an unreasonable time though and they kept us updated, helped sort out some insurance confusion and were friendly and real. Original window had factory tint but not the replacement but not sure how that works. Just glad to have a new window.

This is my second time using this location. Everyone is super friendly and they explained the process of getting my rock chip fixed and what to expect before and after the process had been completed. They also got the job done in record time. I give this place a 4 only because the first time I used them was to replace all 4 windows in my vehicle and they installed the drivers side window incorrectly so it wouldn't seal properly BUT when I explained this to them, they fixed it quickly. Other than that little hiccup, I've been completely happy with my experience here.

Quick drop off of my car in the morning. I was taken by surprise that they had may car’s glass ready. Usually, my Jaguar would take another round of ordering the glass, and another round of scheduling again. (2 step appointments). But now, I would not have to! Wonderful. By just after noon some ~3 hours after, I received text notification that the front cracked windshield replacement was done. Job was clean, excellent, and was quite above satisfactory for me! Checking out was easy, efficient & no hassle. I got my car back with me in no time.

I just purchased a new Mazda CX 70 and within the first thousand miles I had a rock Chip. Very disappointing. So I called my insurance company and they sent me to Safelite in Auburn. I was very pleased with the speed in which they got me an appointment. Then a little disappointed because they called and my windshield was on backorder nationally from Mazda. Once the windshield came in, they called me and got me an appointment the next day. Very easy to work with group and very pleased with my experience. Thank you Lisa!
