From the office to the repair crew, this is the best auto glass place I have found in 40 years of driving in the greater Seattle-Tacoma-Everett area. They now have a customer for life. I called around for prices, and theirs was the best by far out of four places. When I called back to make an appointment, Traci got me organized with the part I needed for my window motor repair, and where I could get it before my appointment to save money. Jay and his crew had BOTH of my driver's side window motors repaired, and my glass squared away in less than an hour and a half. (even though the back window had endured a hinky half-baked temporary fix involving string, wire, and duct tape which had to be taken apart to fix the window properly.) Traci kept me laughing and comfortable in the waiting area, we chatted while the gang in the garage worked their magic. Next time I need auto glass repair or replacement - I will be back! There's a reason for all the great reviews!

Insurance claim on both back quarter panel glass (cargo area) on a Ford Expedition - glass discontinued- SafeLite told me they do not source outside their vendors nor install salvaged glass - following 2 weeks of blue tarp taped over the openings I started sourcing- Tracy at Supreme Auto Glass was the ONLY one that said no problem- here’s who to contact - once you have the glass we will install. Picked up the glass on Wednesday morning - Supreme installed - vacuumed all the shattered glass out - I told them I had water seeping on both front floor carpets - they addressed that also!! Amazing service - and finished in less than 2 hours!! The most reasonable cost quoted. Stay away from the SafeLite’s etc - get to a family business that takes pride and has service unparalleled!!!

UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME this is the 3rd time I've had to use SUPREME AUTO GLASS. UNFORTUNATE because it costs me upwards of $350 each time I call them, that's not their fault that's just the tune of the glass song these days, post pandemic. However, the first time was like a "get to know each other", a try ya out. Little did I know there would be more Supreme Auto Glass in my future!!! Today, my 3rd time calling them it's like we're old friends, family!! It's done right the first time and yes, they know what they are doing!! In, out and on my way to the rest of my day, just like that, I wasn't even there 20 mins, seriously. The folks from Supreme Auto Glass are top notch. I had waited several months for a new Yukon to arrive from the dealer and of course a very large rock found its way off I5 and into my windshield. I was very nervous about the replacement – dark metallic color, new vehicle, and lack of spare parts in case something broke during the installation…. No worries. Installation took less than 30 minutes and it was flawless. Extreme attention to detail and very careful not to scratch any surfaces. If you have a classic car and have been struggling to find a shop that can work on it, go to Supreme Auto Glass. I needed the windshield replaced on a 1969 Lincoln and the crew did a great job. They were fully confident and had worked on many older vintages before. The work was great, and from the time of drop-off to completion took about 2 hours--and that's on a car with a lot of chrome and tricky pieces. I also want to give a shout-out to the ladies in the office. They were friendly and helpful, and did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. Great experience!

We have used Supreme Auto Glass several times. Jay and his wife are top notch people who strive to assist their customer’s quickly and with compassion. We called yesterday and the glass was installed today, less than 24 hours from the call. Tracie kept us updated on time frames and helped my son in filing a claim on his insurance. I went into Supreme Auto Glass about a month ago to address a leak in my windshield seal, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The receptionist and technicians were all incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to clearly explain everything, including the risks involved with trying to salvage the existing windshield. I really appreciated how upfront and transparent they were. They worked efficiently and had everything handled in a timely manner. Great experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

I had my front passenger window smashed overnight while street parking in Seattle, and Supreme got it fixed and the car cleaned up the same day I called, in an hour, while I ate lunch around the corner. Better prices than all of the Seattle area! I spent the previous day calling all the auto glass shops in and around Seattle, and I thought I’d have to wait two weeks and spend more than at the shops that could do it in two months. It’s 100% worth the drive from Seattle. I’m incredibly happy I found Supreme Auto Glass!

Best prices out of the 4-5 places I called! Or only that, but they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Tracy helped me understand the process of replacing a windshield and was so patient with me trying to understand. The two guys who replaced my windshield were also kind and personable, and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. I hope I don’t need to replace anymore glass, but if I do, I’ll be calling these people!
