USA Auto Glass & Batteries

I went to this shop to replace a broken window a year ago, they were very responsive and quickly got me in to fix it. The cost was really cheap so I went for it. A year later I had to completely redo everything this shop did thanks to the terribly cheap poor quality replacement they installed. The window didn't roll up all the way and the gushing rattling wind tunnel noise on the highways was overbearing. During installation they tore my gasket in half, completely ripped it and did not communicate or own it when I took it back a month later to let them know this problem with the wind tunnel. So I ended up taking it to another shop who tested and replaced everything again, correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I would have expected John to do this, instead I received impatience, poor customer service, and he refused to investigate or help, let alone take accountability for this poor installation and hack job. His negative attitude and poor customer service in addition to my time and money waste have earned them this review. I absolutely will never go back and do not recommend this shop to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I want to share how great USA Auto Glass and Battery was when I had a big problem with my Lincoln Navigator. There was a leak that was causing trouble with the car's wires and making electrical things act weird. I was worried I might need a new car, but then I went to this place. When I got there, they were super nice. They looked at my car and figured out what was wrong really fast. They told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost, and it all made sense to me. They fixed my car quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very careful with my car even though it an older vehicle and made sure everything was just right. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the leak. What I really liked was how much they cared about making me happy. They answered all my questions and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing. Because of their amazing work, I didn't have to buy a new car! I'm so thankful for USA Auto Glass and Battery. They're a team you can trust and they really care about helping you. My car is working great now, and it's all because of their hard work. If you ever have trouble with your car, I highly recommend going to them!

Friggin awesome! Talk about a father's day blessing. One of their guys accidentally misquoted me a charge not including labor. When I called later to let them know I was on my way they had let me know that it was going to be a different price. It was something I couldn't afford. Instead of turning me away they called me back an hour later letting me know they'd honor the mistake. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone of the staff members was kind and understanding. My son and I didn't really have anywhere to hang out so they grabbed some chairs and told us to chill in the air conditioned lobby because it was incredibly hot outside. They even recommended me a tint shop that gave me an unbelievable quote after I had asked. Really seems like a professional family unit at USA Auto Glass. If anything ever happens to my windows again, I will be returning. Thank you John and team! PS. I called several places in the area, and even with the actual quote, they still beat everyone out of the water!

I had my driver side front window smashed out 3 years ago. This shop replaced my window and tint. Recently, my tint started having this wavering look like I was looking underneath water through it. I called John and explained my situation. He told me they only warranty out their window tint for 1 year, and the best he could offer was half off. I'd rather pay full price and have it done right. Who doesn't stick behind their work? It says a lot about a shop if you're trying to have your mistakes be on the customer's dime. Fast forward, I just got my tint done by another shop that offers a lifetime warranty with their work. Go figure....a reputable shop that stands behind their workmanship. Maybe take notes, John, to have a better business model. They said your tint is very cheap, and that's why I had that wavering look. Guess these reviews that gave you 1 star are correct that you use cheap materials. Do better!!!!

I've scoured the Internet, made many calls, and got a lot of estimates,I just happened to find the same place, years apart, and they are the best for a reason. They do great work, and they do it fast, and they are the lowest price I could find within 30 miles of Lynnwood. Even with taxes included, I tried to tell them, don't worry about the glass on the floor, I'll clean it myself. They still cleaned, vacuumed up the glass, cleaned the mess, and made my vehicle smell better than when I came in. When I got my car back, I sat and cried. I was a victim of a vehicle break in. And I looked at my car when they gave it back, and I couldn't believe the service I received from them. I'm a repeat customer, and always will be. I sincerely suggest this business for any glass, battery, or other auto issues. They truly care about their customers, and do it at the lowest price I found. John and the team at USA Auto Glass are top notch! We were driving from Portland to Seattle when a large rock fell off the back of a construction truck and left a big crack on our window. In a panic, we Googled our options and we were lucky enough to have stumbled upon USA Auto Glass. John was quick yet thorough in providing us the scope of work, timeline, and cost. We were on a time crunch and didn't want the work to take too long, but their team worked diligently and efficiently to remedy our problem and get us back on the road. More important than the value John and his team provided was the peace of mind for us to continue driving around Seattle and ultimately back to San Francisco. If you ever find yourself in a bind, don't hesitate to give John and his friendly team at USA Auto Glass a visit. You won't regret it and you'll be back on the road in no time!

Gave misinformation about the tints on the glass. I told him that the front and rear windows have different shades of tint on my car. But gave false, incorrect information telling me that the tint shade are exactly the same. Was condescending and not professional in his behavior. P.S. The front tint appears noticeably lighter than the rear tint, regardless of the lighting conditions. I was informed that both the front and rear tints are the same, and the difference in appearance is due to light coming through the windshield. While the windshield might indeed play a role in this, objectively speaking, even without considering lighting conditions, the front tint is still lighter than the rear. I don’t need the refund since you have done the job.

An excellent experience. You might wonder what sets a 3 star from a better rating. I think 3 star does what they are contracted to do: nothing more and nothing less. USA Auto Glass went above and beyond: not only did they tell me that my insurance company (USAA) does use them, John was helpful in making sure the car itself was returned to me in better shape than when it went in: they vacuumed it, removed my oil change sticker from my old windshield and applied to new windshield so I don't forget when to change the oil, and they removed the sticky velcro portion of the Good2Go Flexpass with precision, so I can reuse it without ordering new velcro strips for the windshield. Great experience and great communication.

John and his crew are absolute champs. After some lowlife decided to treat my car like an all-you-can-steal buffet, I was left with a shattered window and a big mess. I called John, expecting the usual hassle—what I got instead was top-tier service and good vibes. Not only did he give me a fair price (seriously, no wallet pain!), but his team went above and beyond. They vacuumed up all the glass, cleaned off my seats, and even organized the explosion of paperwork that thief left behind after digging through my glovebox. USA auto glass and batteries is a fast and friendly professional business that understands time, convenience and quality service is important to me, every time I needed a window, windshield or battery for my car replaced. As for my first experience with USA auto glass they treated me very courteously and made me feel like I was a long time returning patron and valued my time with them.
