Chris Auto Glass

So I recently reached to this company for assistance. At first the communication was ok and response time was above average. But I’m not a customer of speculation or trickery! So I’ll start with I called to get a quote on a replacement window and the price seemed steep. I never asked for the window to be order due I wanted the service immediately. I found a better route and proceeded to cancel anymore inquiries and was notified that this company had already ordered my window…..Hmmmm well I found a cheaper and quicker option. This company proceeds to under cut the new company. So like a dummy I agreed. Then the time quoted was not the time of services rendered. Third RedFlag. Then you show up ask for my keys and proceed to conduct the work. Your work was quick but I definitely lacked detail and integrity. After you finished I inspected the work without guidance from the installer due to he has an attitude and proceeds to tell me he should be charging me more due to the height of my truck. Mind you this was not a windshield or back window job. Also you never stated that having to use a step ladder was a $80 upcharge. Before services rendered I may have considered it. But after wards and with absolutely no customer service or etiquette I’m not paying a dime extra. Oooh you just blew your $60 tip cause I don’t carry cash on me. But after the debacle and botched window repair, I decided to inspect the work. Glass still visible on the back seat, and front seat, yet your girlfriend, wife not my business vacuumed my truck. Then further in you broke my clips on my trim because I had to call another company to come fix your work. Please don’t use this company. I’d advise you to pay a homeless man before using this company. The only good thing I have to say is wait I don’t!!

Work was good. However when Chris finished he called me for payment. I was providing a therapy session at the time so I could not answer. He assumed I was not going to pay him. In fact I paid him in under an hour from initial request. He apparently did not read his notifications that payment was sent. He proceeded to ask me to pay him. I informed him payment had already been sent. He proceeded to take my keys to the Leeds police station but did not inform this. I got home and called him to know where my keys were. He did not get back with me until late causing me to have to the police station at 9pm so I could take my kids to school and be at work in the morning. Good times.

Chris did an excellent job and showed up as scheduled- got to work immediately. He was easy to contact and kept communication etcetera. He provided a fair price and came to me which made it extremely convenient. I had called several other places that did mobile repair and they were more expensive. In addition I talked to several other people who said that they would contact me back and it even scheduled an appointment with one who failed to call me back and left me high and dry. I would highly recommend Chris Auto Glass. He did great work for a fair price and just as importantly he showed up!

I was in a jam. I’m in Kentucky my son was In Birmingham and his sunroof shattered. Chris let me know my options and cost. Had to order glass from dealership it ended up being delayed a few days. Chris communicated the delay and checked in each day. All that being said, I paid him a week in advance of the work being performed. He was a man of his word and got the job done. Great customer service and communication. I highly recommend Chris for any of your glass replacement needs.

I contacted Chris after hours on a Thursday night to get my glass repaired because I needed it repaired before the weekend and I couldn’t get in touch with anybody else due to the timeframe. He not only came to me the next morning but got it taken care of by 10:00 the next day. So, within a little over 12 hours after it had been broken he had already saved my neck and got it replaced. I couldn’t be more gracious!

Chris did a amazing job it took him literally NOOOO time to replace my back glass window , at a cheap price and he CAME TO ME !!! His services were awesome 👌 I know who to call for glass repairs. Yall please don't hesitate call him he got the job done and cleaned up all the broken glass I'm glad I called chris he saved me hundreds of dollars .

Chris was very professional and very punctual with time and with arrival and instillation of my front windshield and has the best and most affordable prices and he even fixed another issue with my car that was not related to my windshield at all just goes to show the person he is and dedication to his customers and business 10/10 recommend

Chris was awesome!! My car got broken in to on Saturday and he was there super early Monday morning to fix it. Extremely punctual and polite. He did a great and speedy job of fixing my window and was incredibly kind. I would recommend Chris to anyone. Best price around as well!! Thanks so much Chris!!!!

Booked the first time no updated called said he was coming and had to cancel. 2nd Tim Dude Clearly Said He Was Coming Even Took Off Work Called He Said He Was Getting The Glass And Would Update Called Again And Still No Update The At 9 o’clock He Send A Sorry Message.
