Scheduled an appointment to change my windshield at my 1st job location and it was never scheduled, had to call rescheduled for my 2nd job location got the confirmation text with correct address!!! day of (next day) I get the text message the tech is on the way to the incorrect address!!!…had to call and they told me I had to reschedule for another day but after I said that this is unacceptable going on 3 weeks and they changed my appointment time again but came that day…they changed my windshield but when I left work my car was not calibrated for the line assist or break assist, I have to schedule them to come and fix the error…. Later that day after work” it was fixed” all my lights came on again for my line assist and break assist and eyesight even my engine light for sensor error…..my car had no issues prior and I had my windshield replace with another company with NO issues!!! Now I have reach out to be in contact to get this issues resolved going on a month.

I retract the good review! Got a chip a month later and has been a nightmare trying to get a chip warranty repair. Finally get a hold of someone after 2 weeks, and they say i have to drive an hour away to get a small chip repaired. Nope!! Never using them again. Had a great start but better hope you don't need anything after the windshield replacement. Absolutely love NuVision Auto Glass!! The process was really easy and the staff were all friendly and professional. I will be using them again and highly recommend calling them for any auto glass needs. I'm not someone that hands reviews out often so this says A LOT!! Thank you NuVision for taking such good care of my 4Runner!!

The process was quick and easy. The representative form NuVision was very helpful. The tech showed up on time with prior notice. Very kind and knowledgeable. Finished job in an hour with calibration ( my car requires it) showed me proof of calibration which is very important for the safety. I also requested tinting top part of the windshield They did it perfectly without changing it. It is also lifetime warranty of chips so it is worry free. This is second time with this company, so I will stick with this company. Then send me $150 cash back Visa card and dinner at Brazilian BBQ , can’t beat the deal Over all very satisfied!

We had an awesome experience with NuVision. As we were driving to Phoenix from Los Angeles, a rock hit our windshield 40 minutes from our destination and put a "nice" crack on the drivers side. We quickly googled companies as we were driving and called NuVision. They set up an appointment for the next day to come to my parents house where we're staying. Tech Ely messaged us upon arrival. He was super professional and had it done in less than an hour. Calibrated everything right in our driveway. We are really happy with the service and will recommend you to others.

This was my first time using Nuvision, and I must say that I am happy with the results of the service they provided. The process of replacing my windshield was simple, and scheduling as soon as possible was also very easy. I will admit that I had heard of them before, but honestly thought it was just a little too good to be true type of thing. But I did get a coupon for a meal, and they worked with my insurance company which was even more of a plus! I can say I’m pretty happy, Aaron was my technician and he was also very polite and professional.

Called nuvision for my 2017 Silverado windshield to be replaced and set up and appointment very fast and easy. The person I was setting up the appt with was very nice and helpful. They handled the windshield the very next day at my job with no hassle the installer was pretty quick and did a great job. All the parts and plastic trim around the windshield were all put back and fully intact. I’ve used them for the second time and still received the best treatment. Will be using them agin in the future and would highly recommend.

Elijah was able to come the same day luckily and fit me in as his very last call. That being said, he still took his time and made sure the job was done properly and carefully, while explaining in detail every step of the way. Every other place I called had me waiting days and I just couldn’t risk waiting and my chipped windshield becoming a bigger problem that I could not afford. I recently had my windshield replaced, and the service was excellent. The technician, Cesar, did a fantastic job—he was professional, efficient, and his communication was great throughout the process. He kept me informed about what to expect and made sure everything was completed smoothly. Best part was, I was use to bringing my car in to have the windshield replaced and NuVision Auto Glass came to my work!!! So very convenient Highly recommend and will use again for all future replacements.

I appreciate how easy this whole process was. When I called I was provided with great customer service, the whole process of setting up the claim with our insurance company was handled with the help of NuVision. A few minutes after submitting pictures of the damage to our windshield, I was contacted and scheduled an appointment the next day. Service tech was very friendly and professional. I received an O.E.M. windshield for my truck. The windshield was installed and calibrated at my home. Very convenient and hassle free. Both the company and tech kept me updated with the arrival time for my installation. My truck is back to looking great and have had no issues with with the lane sensing and other hi-tech safety features tied to the windshield camera and other sensors.
