Somewhat meaningless to write a review when so many other reviews say the same thing, but this place is fantastic! I just got home from getting my windshield replaced and have already recommended them to 2 other people. Apart from very fast service and getting a good deal, I received education on the process of replacing a windshield, information on the products used, and many tips about how to care for the windshield if a chip occurs. Oh by the way, they offer free repairs for chips w/in 30 days of getting a new windshield. I had been putting off replacing a badly cracked windshield for over 2 years, but finding such an excellent company sure takes a lot of the sting out of the experience!

Top notch service had my truck in and out in no time at all. The customer service was better then any place I have been dealing with any vehicle I have ever owned. The whole process went flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier with my new windshield. Jacob the employee that helped me out was very courteous and very prompt with his service. The shop was very clean and made me feel right at home. Would never go anywhere else to deal with any of my auto glass needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to replace a windshield or any other glass in there vehicle. I would give them 10 stars but it will only let me leave them 5.

These guys are great! They replaced my windshield end of last year. They were super friendly, and did an amazing job. Best windshield I’ve ever had on a car! And when I was driving this week and my window got a big rock chip in it, they extended the 30 day warranty on it and fixed the rock chip for FREE the very next day, no waiting! I arrived there at 9:00 and Ethan was done by 9:10! He did a great job, high quality work and always great customer service! I also needed some new wiper blades. I purchased the type/brand Jacob (the owner) recommended for my car and they’ve been outstanding. I’ve never had a better experience or customer service having repairs done on my car. Beware! The owner Is extremely deceptive, if not downright dishonest. I live rurally and he talked me into buying two windshields because he said my make and model was one of the hardest ones to replace without breaking. He told me if I ended up installing it and not breaking the one windshield I could return the second one, no questions asked. I brought the unused 2nd windshield all the way back into Anchorage on the ferry and am now here trying to return the second one and he tells me that he’s not In the office, even though I am clearly within the hours of operation advertised both on his front door and online. He then explains to me that even if he was in the office he would not accept the return. When I told him how dishonest he was being he hung up on me. I will not be doing business with Anchorage Auto Glass ever again.

Had to replace my 2018 Silverado 2500HD's windshield due to defroster heat causing stone chip to grow to a large crack. Service was same day that I called and hardly any waiting for installation. They offer a lifetime warranty on any leaks, defects (not stone chips) such as wind noise. *Update: 5 months later (Sept 2023)-leak from area around middle above rear view mirror in rain dripping water. 2023 Update - I had the misfortune of having my window broken and possessions stolen from my car last night. I called Anchorage Auto Glass this morning and not only did they have a replacement window but he got me in immediately and had my window replaced within an hour. Icing on the cake was that it cost a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. Jacob is great to work with restored my faith in humanity - he's a great dude and I will always go back to them! 2022 windshield repair: they got me in quick and fixed my rock chip very quickly and professionally!
