Had my windshield replaced from them great service and affordable prices process was done within 2 hours Update: December 2024 had the windshield replaced and in February 2025 the windshield cracked again was told the crack was to big to fix and it had to be replaced again how can it just break like that there were no dent and no sigh of rock hitting it.They said because we fixed the window during the winter the freezing temperatures may have cracked the window if that was the issue why didn't they just let me know or recommend me not to fix it during the winter I could have waited to fix it when the weather was warmer.There life time warranty is a scam

Auto Glass Now 7613 E Harry St. Wichita Kansas 67207 Buyer Beware, windshield cracked within 3 months, was told they don't cover roadside hazard. I've had cars that never cracked in my life, but their replacement windshield didn't last three months. Y'all been warned. Response for below: Please tell us how you will make it right, because shelling out another $540 to the same company that didn't make it right, makes no sense.

I have used them for a windshield replacement in the past. They were very professional and did a great job. Also, they got it done faster than the estimated time. I went back to them for an issue with our sunroof. They assessed what needed to be done and were very helpful and honest with what they could do. They made a temporary fix that has been effective and gave me ideas for a long term fix even though it didn’t benefit them.

UPDATE 1/25/25: As an update, JUST as we suspected, Acura confirmed that the cause of these electrical issues is because AGN technicians’ negligence regarding the wiring within the door. They are also replacing the pieces physically damaged by AGN. Again, I will update my review/rating as appropriate once this is reimbursed by AGN. We are talking with the district manager. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I will update my rating as appropriate pending resolution of our issue with AGN. Yesterday on Jan 9, the driver-side window of my husband’s vehicle was replaced by Auto Glass Now. Prior to this service, all electrical features were functioning perfectly, and the interior of the vehicle was in pristine condition. However, after the replacement, there was obvious damage to the interior of the driver-side door panel. The on-site manager, Howard, acknowledged the damage and attempted to address the issue. He also offered to order and replace the damaged parts by Thursday, January 16th. In addition to the visible damage, critical door sensor functions have not been working properly since the window replacement. Specifically: The automatic seat adjustment feature is non-functional. Auto-lock functionality is failing. The in-car display no longer powers off automatically when the vehicle is turned off. Remote start no longer functions. We contacted the local Acura dealership, where we were informed that the electrical issues likely stem from either a disconnected or damaged component within the door panel. They also inspected the door and noted that improper tools appeared to have been used during the panel removal process, which likely caused the visible damage. When my husband relayed this information to Howard, he became quite argumentative and disagreed with the dealership's findings and denied their explanation. We are now in conversation with the district manager for AGN and will need to have Acura repair the damages caused by haphazard service technicians at AGN, with AGN absolutely needing to assume the costs incurred. Please do NOT bring your car here for service. This has become a huge headache for us.

Justin was very professional and great at making sure I understood the process and kept me informed. No leaks after the work was done and it was done in a timely fashion. The only place I called that the price for my windshield and door window, and calibration was under $1000. A part got broken when changing dirver side back window. I was immediately informed and they ordered the part and did not charge me for it. I appreciated their great customer service.

Excellent experience! Howard at the front desk was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond! Since I didn't get to meet Eric, the guy who installed my windshield, Howard was the only one I encountered. I got there 20 minutes early and they took my car right back and total time was 40 minutes.
