They have yet to complete they’re job. They started to repair my rear view mirror and were meant to complete it after the glue set. I am on day 2 of them waiting for them to complete their job with false promises that they have me taken care of. Horrible customer service! They installed a new windshield but now it buzzes whenever I go over 60mph. They have said TWICE they would be out to fix it and have never showed. They never call to say they aren't coming, or to reschedule. They got their money, so I guess that's all they care about. Would not recommend them at all!! ****UPDATE**** They finally came out and fixed my windshield. 🙌

I was interested in purchasing a windshield protective film. I called 3 times over a course of two weeks and I was told they would have someone call me back but I never heard from them. I honestly don’t know if they do good work or not but the lack of customer service has me wondering.NegativeProfessionalism

Barnwell Auto Glass absolutely blew me away with their window replacement service. From the initial phone call to the team coming out, I experienced excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and the speed of service was impressive to say the least. Oh by the way, they were half the price of Safelite, who didn’t have openings for a whole week! 10/10 recommend!
