In September of 2021 I had these guys do windshields in both of my vehicles. I was happy to support a local business as I am a local business owner as well. After initial installation I was skeptical as a large urethane stain was left on my headliner. It is mostly out of sight so I didn't care to much but it had me concerned with the integrity of the installations. Once the weather started getting colder I noticed my wiper defrost not working. I chalked it up to much colder temperatures than normal and dismissed it as well. The final straw came in March. Both windshields had pitted to the point of being worse that the ones I had Bear Creek replace. I had a suspicion the glass quality was not "OE" as I was told and decided to have a different company install new ones again. Come to find out both wire harness's going to the wiper defrost were cut because the time was not taken to remove the cowl as it should have been. I called to request a refund and was told I should have contacted them first for warranty. Why would I let you to touch my vehicles again when you clearly did not perform the job I paid for in the first place? The point to my story is this; If you are in a pinch and need a cheap piece of glass installed, give these guys a call. If you care for your vehicle and want it to operate as it did before being worked on, do some research and call elsewhere. For just $75 more I got the "OE" glass I asked for and my vehicles operate as they did before Bear Creek touched them.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

What a great local business! They have MUCH better prices that the national chain stores and the service is exceptional! I called on a Sunday (most places are not open Sundays) and they gave me a great quote right away, offered me a $100 off coupon and scheduled a replacement just two days later. They communicated very well and were responsive to questions. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again if I ever get another cracked windshield. 5 star service, 5 stars on price!

Best price in town, BEST communication too! Caitlin (receptionist) is amazing, I had to reschedule and she made it a breeze. Very quick installation as well. I will only be using this company for any glass repair. Update as of 10/17/2022: I have been back 2 times to get my rear view mirror glued back on and Scott fixed it for me right away. Scott answers all my calls and does the Work himself. I really appreciate Scott and his business!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

They literally totaled my car! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING! I took my car here for a windshield replacement in late April of this year. First install: Glass was discovered to be scratched after it had been installed and it whistled too (It's not supposed to whistle). I scheduled a second install. Brought it in for the new glass install and the guy screwed up the install (glue everywhere, seal not installed correctly, etc and it whistled again) so Scott said he would redo the install himself. I left the car with him for the weekend as I was going to be out of town. I returned to pick up the car after my weekend away (on my birthday) and he told me what had happened. Well, he pulled the windshield out then went inside the shop to do something and a rain/hailstorm flooded the front of the car while it was unattended with the windshield removed. He does all installs outside and apparently doesn't pay attention to the weather forecast. Everybody knew that heavy rain was in the forecast. My car's interior was still wet (days after the storm), my central display unit had water inside it, water was dripping out of the dash, my owner's manual (in the glovebox) and other papers were soaked. I drove the car home (it whistled again) and got a repair estimate. It was very high as the display unit is very expensive. Scott refused to provide his insurance info (That should have been done immediately) and said he had a "buddy" who could fix it. Yeah, right! He was also extremely rude to my Wife when she called in on my behalf (I had to go out of town for work the next day after picking it up) and Scott said that he wanted to deal with me instead of her because I was more "reasonable" than my Wife. I suspect that he wasn't even going to tell me about the incident because he never called me (this happened on a Friday and I picked the car up the following Monday) and when I arrived earlier than expected to pick it up, he had a fan in the front floor drying out the interior. Once I saw this he then told me what happened. This then went into subrogation through insurance and he was found 100% at fault for the damage. I'm sure Scott will chime-in here and try to say that he offered to fix it but, really... Would YOU trust a guy who screwed up not once, twice, but three times (that culminated in a total loss) to actually fix your car? He should have turned this in to his insurance first thing but instead, decided to be rude and not provide his insurance info. He even showed me pics on his phone of the aftermath but then refused to send them to me (for my insurance purposes). The guy even sat on my payment check for a couple months and then finally cashed it once this went into subrogation. He had the audacity to charge me for ruining my car! I was forced to turn a claim into my own insurance company and I had to buy a different car so now I have a car payment too. Avoid this place and you'll be fine. Get any work done here and you are taking a serious chance.

I used Bear Creek for a rear glass replacement. My recommendation, use a dealer familiar with your vehicle. I was left with a back seat that was dissembled and bolts not screwed in. My latch for the seats was missing critical pieces to secure the seats. This replacement attempt has led to a heap off additional safety concerns with the backseat of my vehicle. Additionally there was glass laying all over and I cut my hand open while attempting to fix the errors made by staff at bear creek. DO NOT USE

I was very pleased with my experience with Bear Creek Auto Glass and Scott, who is very professional in his demeanor and abilities. I had previously gone through my insurance company, and the national vendor the recommended wanted the entire deductible for the windshield replacement. Scott's quote was far more reasonable. Furthermore, I was happy that Scott was willing to work with me on timing after the Denver Metro Area got walloped with a snowstorm last week. Highly recommend this great local business, and will recommend to anyone I know that needs glass work on their vehicle.
