They literally totaled my car! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING! I took my car here for a windshield replacement in late April of this year. First install: Glass was discovered to be scratched after it had been installed and it whistled too (It's not supposed to whistle). I scheduled a second install. Brought it in for the new glass install and the guy screwed up the install (glue everywhere, seal not installed correctly, etc and it whistled again) so Scott said he would redo the install himself. I left the car with him for the weekend as I was going to be out of town. I returned to pick up the car after my weekend away (on my birthday) and he told me what had happened. Well, he pulled the windshield out then went inside the shop to do something and a rain/hailstorm flooded the front of the car while it was unattended with the windshield removed. He does all installs outside and apparently doesn't pay attention to the weather forecast. Everybody knew that heavy rain was in the forecast. My car's interior was still wet (days after the storm), my central display unit had water inside it, water was dripping out of the dash, my owner's manual (in the glovebox) and other papers were soaked. I drove the car home (it whistled again) and got a repair estimate. It was very high as the display unit is very expensive. Scott refused to provide his insurance info (That should have been done immediately) and said he had a "buddy" who could fix it. Yeah, right! He was also extremely rude to my Wife when she called in on my behalf (I had to go out of town for work the next day after picking it up) and Scott said that he wanted to deal with me instead of her because I was more "reasonable" than my Wife. I suspect that he wasn't even going to tell me about the incident because he never called me (this happened on a Friday and I picked the car up the following Monday) and when I arrived earlier than expected to pick it up, he had a fan in the front floor drying out the interior. Once I saw this he then told me what happened. This then went into subrogation through insurance and he was found 100% at fault for the damage. I'm sure Scott will chime-in here and try to say that he offered to fix it but, really... Would YOU trust a guy who screwed up not once, twice, but three times (that culminated in a total loss) to actually fix your car? He should have turned this in to his insurance first thing but instead, decided to be rude and not provide his insurance info. He even showed me pics on his phone of the aftermath but then refused to send them to me (for my insurance purposes). The guy even sat on my payment check for a couple months and then finally cashed it once this went into subrogation. He had the audacity to charge me for ruining my car! I was forced to turn a claim into my own insurance company and I had to buy a different car so now I have a car payment too. Avoid this place and you'll be fine. Get any work done here and you are taking a serious chance.

I was very pleased with my experience with Bear Creek Auto Glass and Scott, who is very professional in his demeanor and abilities. I had previously gone through my insurance company, and the national vendor the recommended wanted the entire deductible for the windshield replacement. Scott's quote was far more reasonable. Furthermore, I was happy that Scott was willing to work with me on timing after the Denver Metro Area got walloped with a snowstorm last week. Highly recommend this great local business, and will recommend to anyone I know that needs glass work on their vehicle.

Great experience with Bear Creek. Easy to schedule, easy to get quote, very reasonable price compared to the national brands. Got them scheduled for mobile service within a week (I didn't require urgent replacement; I could have gotten same day service at their location). Techs arrived right at beginning of the time window for appointment, they were done in about 30 minutes. I used Bear Creek for a rear glass replacement. My recommendation, use a dealer familiar with your vehicle. I was left with a back seat that was dissembled and bolts not screwed in. My latch for the seats was missing critical pieces to secure the seats. This replacement attempt has led to a heap off additional safety concerns with the backseat of my vehicle. Additionally there was glass laying all over and I cut my hand open while attempting to fix the errors made by staff at bear creek. DO NOT USE

I really hate to do this, butttt I would personally never go to this place. I like to keep things local, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I got my windshield replaced on 5/17. I was told to wait 48 hours to take the tape off, go to a car wash, etc. I waited 6 days and 12 hours to go to a car wash. When I went through, water was gushing from my windshield into my car. It poured all into my liner. Water was coming from my interior lights. I had to sit there bc I was in an automatic car wash. I called off work (again), and I took my car back up there the next day. Instead of who I'm pretty sure is the owner apologizing to me, he tried to pass the buck. I told him I went through the car wash, and he said, "That might have been too early." I reminded him that I was told 48 hours, and I waited beyond that. He replied and said, "The majority of the time, it only takes 48 hours," and then went on to say, "Anything could have happened." Not once did he accept blame for his faulty work. Not once did he apologize to me. I told him I had blue stains from the car wash all in my interior. He said, "I have something that will fix that." It did not fix it. It made it worse, actually. I know that accidents happen, but you need to own up to your mistakes and apologize. If you look at the rest of the negative reviews from the people, all you do is attack them. Learn to say you're sorry if you mess up!!! Not only am I out 800$ for an improperly sealed windshield bc who knows if he actually fixed it, my interior is stained, and my car smells like mildew. There is no telling the long-term effects from all that water pouring into my car. And to not even apologize is beyond me!!! I'm terrified to take my car through the car wash, and I just bought her in August. Thanks for messing up my liner, taking no ownership, and no apology. Please save yourself the grief and go somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect.

I think I have found my go to auto glass shop. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is second to none. I called for a quote for a new windshield on Tuesday and the owner came out and installed on Thursday. They gave me a two hour window and showed up in the first 30 minutes of that window. I really appreciate businesses that do what they say they are going to do. If you need your windshield replaced, you would be foolish not to check this place out!
